I get that it's the Opry and all, but every single person is sitting down and just like mouthing the words. Is it not allowed/ok to stand/sing/dance/enjoy? I was loving this until they panned to the crowd. Saw her perform this last year at Garth's residency and I would have cried if this had been the enthusiasm level of the audience.

I wonder why she doesn’t sing this like she used to? I love Trisha. But I wonder why she just talks the song out rather than singing it like she wants did?

@@clairetj many country songs were recorded 30+ years ago and the singers can still sing them. Their voices may have matured and changed, but they don’t talk them out like they’re having a conversation. Travis Tritt for example. His voice sounds a bit older, and it sounds like she has been a bit hard on his voice from smoking, but he is still able to sing. If you can’t actually sing a song anymore, maybe it’s time to pull it from your repertoire.
