1)I donno y builder has spend much on fans and wood work in 1 floor and in master bedroom. 2)lift is given wrong place like kitchen and 1 floor in children bedroom that's really challenging 3)children bedroom is not attractive 4)I don't think so 35 lakhs is spent on home theater, hardly projector costs 2 to 3 lakhs ...I dnt thnk so it's costs 35 lakhs alone. 5)mainly people how bathrooms are being constructed. 6)finally pooja room in 1 floor,I donno how it's satisfying vastu Finally I say 4 cr is too high.

too congested.. builder/owner used a lot of glass to make it look spacious but in that attempt it has become too gaudy. Remember, you can always get the interior done later, the amount of space you buy is more important. one can much better and larger villa in 4 crs near tellapur/kollur.
