The problem in Hyderabad is overly priced flats with very cheap infrastructure. I lived in Pune for 8 years and recently came to Hyderabad to buy a flat, I was really shocked how cheap infrastructure is over here compared to Pune.

@@mirzabaig1530 Hyderabad is becoming another banglore...which is a bad thing. High traffic, pot holes, water clogs, uncompleted flyovers, no traffic cops. It takes 1hr to travel 15km. Theres too much corruption in offices for approvals that's one the reason builders hiked price and reduced quality of work.

Sad thing there is no place for washing machine after investing 7.5 crores for a flat

I love traditional kerala style homes....home should be like home it should not be like upscale luxurious hotel...

I have been following myhome Bhooja since its bhoomi puja..It started with Rs.5000 per sft and now it reached 9000 to10,000 per sft.. the min size of 3BHK flat is around 2400 sft..so the flat cost including registration and amenties is around 2.6 crores.. Let us consider 50 lakhs for interiors (including gadgets,sofas and beds ).. so at most the flat would be Rs.3 crores. not 7.5 crores unless it is more than 6000 sft.

7 crores for 4 walls in the air is over kill. There isnt even proper ventilation in apartments. It doesn’t matter if it’s surrounded by MNCs. Its not like you own those MNCs For that cost, Better build a big bungalow with big lawn and swimming pool, where multiple generations can live together for 100s of years healthily

Lol we are doing many projects in bhooja,seeing this flat I can only say what false ceiling bhooja have provided it's that much only they did not modified it or did anything to it and talking about lighting effects 👎 , now coming to kitchen it's very common it's not even been modified,coming to color combination is also common,so over all this work has to been done in 2 cr not more then that(including everything), they is nothing to get fascinated, I feel pity for the client........

7.5 crore apartment and doesn't even have inbuilt room for the big refrigerator. Half the fridge not leveling with remaining kitchen

Interiors could have been way better ....

So expensive but doesn't look like that. The Hinges used in kitchen cabinets are not soft close. Where we see this mechanism in 1 2 lakh worth kitchens. The look of house is due to its furniture but not creative work except few places. After spending so much creativity should be presented must which I didn't see in this house

There is a drop off place at the entrance of your house. Most families use dryer and also hang clothes in the balcony using stands, you have a beautiful garden down, best place to do yoga. We can buy nice land and construct a 5 floor building
