Kenny always dies. I see it as a form of irony since his body's mutilated by the end of many of the episode. It could also be implied that all of Kenny's pain is on the inside of his outfit.

I liked South Park Triple Trouble the most. Simple yet effective modifications. Honorable mention goes to Threefolding Knockout for how decerped and mutilated each of the characters are. I assume Xenophane Cuphead is behind their suffering.
