Yeah Nocturne is insane, I thought the same of Spiderman 2099 when he first came out, but it only destroys on the first move

i dont know why they wont let him destroy multiple times. he already comes out so late in the game and he's hard to ramp into AND make useful at the same time. Plus he can miss.

@@artnok927 I agree, they should buff his cost to somewhere around 2-3 cost and nerf his power appropriately since his skillset has no built in move just like Nocturne, and Nocturne is only 3 cost and the changing location effect isn't even an on reveal so it can bypass Cosmo. Not to mention that 2099 is only used inside move decks and Nocturne can slid in into every deck. I think Nocturne gets an S-tier along with Nico for me.

I'm proposing that Spiderman 2099 could have the ability to destroy all the cards moving towards Spiderman 2099, similar to how the old Tower Fisk or the old Kingpin used to do, even though they don't do it anymore. This would make the high cost of using that ability justified.
