Tip 21 would be to not spend credits on boosters if you're Free to play, boosters will come eventually and the credits are the bottleneck

Quick Correction to the feature/hot location tip Change: featured locations are 40%, but hot are 60%!

As someone who’s played a decent amount now. To those people that snap turn one then instantly retreat turn 2. I hate you.

No ability cards can also take advantage of the Washington D.C. location (+3 power for no ability cards), though it's only one location, and it's random, so it's not like you'll build a deck around that, but it's there :)

There is also Onslaught which can boost your Patriot alot and Ultron also helps with his drones to fill other locations which you didn't get to and even gain power on them through Patriot+Onslaught

I regularly play a deck I constantly update called the bottom of the barrel. It is literally the lowest rank cards I have at any given time and it does ok sometimes.

I like Marvel Snap. But one of things I find annoying and a missed opportunity is that there is no team synergy. Why wouldn't you have it to where X-Men or Avengers working together get some sort of bonus? Example: Colossus and Wolverine in the same zone get a +3 boost with Fastball Special. But otherwise, there's a lot to like about the game.

It’s actually one of the things I find refreshing about marvel snap. In Dokkan Battle, another game I play a lot, 98% of deckbuilding is just sorting by a category that the leader buffs and then picking the strongest cards.

Mission refills only give 150 credits pre use it is equal to buying credits out right with a 5 credits to 4 gold ratio. Also, the Collector's Tokens now have a 5 tokens to 7 gold ratio.

If you're playing on Steam, make sure you also get it on mobile. There are a bunch of events and free items to claim that are not available on the Steam version.

Started a few days ago. Due to the chaotic nature of the locations, it helps the balance. I can see myself getting into this. Unless there is some paywall somewhere, would suck to become fodder later on in the game.

Any idea if the game targets grey-border variants more often for boosters if there's another variant that's a much higher level? If so, I imagine you could use a new variant to boost up a different one that you prefer.

There are only 6 cards (1 card for each cost) without any ability so it's pretty easy to avoid them and not be missing out on their power level.

There are other no ability cards which are apart of ability cards. With Patriot you can take advantage of that. For example, Ultron with his drones, The Hood with the Demon, Mysterio with his illusions, Mr. Sinister with his clone, Brood with it's broodlings, Squirrel Girl with her squirrels, etc.

What do you get after you complete the 25 weekly challenges? 50-100 credits per mission and 25-50 season XP? Does the gray boarder thing still count for variants? I had to played 7 matches until it gave me boosters specific to my gray boarder.

The grey border thing doesn't work like that anymore. Now the game prioritizes cards that don't have enough boosters to upgrade now. Gold is also a lot rarer now so unless you really want credits i'd save gold

It means pay players will have exclusive access to cards in a battle pass for two months then they enter the card pool for everyone else, as far as I understand. I have no problem with this, there’s a marvel game that has seen 2 years go by without releasing OP characters to a farmable place and still cost 50$ to gain half an unlock.

i follow now MAIN REASON i feel the same with my guy Cyclops! The boy scout been a fav of mine next to Bobby and neck in neck with my girl Jean. i bet the makers of this game are chuckling they butts off rn tho! lol but truth for the moment, just found the game by accident and fell in love with this game almost instantly. you've helped with quite a few topics in my crazy head. i am slow to comperhand MOST thing honestly as well (just the truth i had to accept but im cool with accepting) So if you could... ONGOING, ON REVEAL- thoses i'm sure i understand, BUT "#-" having a hard time putting 2 and 2 together with this. Yes, so you can play up until you run out of the blue energy on your screen

I think another good tip is: If you are a new player, don't fast upgrade cards at the shop, because you might be wasting credits on points you'll be obtaining by playing the game naturally

is it worth doing the quick upgrades for 50 credits (for the green boarder) from the store, on a new account please? I only started last night, and I have done a few of these to get me access to more cards faster. I Heard from someone last night that I shouldn't even touch this feature though, as it's not worth it. What do you think, please? it's a little confusing how this all works TBH.

Fast upgrade is never worth it. You'll get boosters for upgrading cards just for playing games with them in your deck, so there's no reason to spend credits on them. In fact, the credits are more likely to be the bottleneck for upgrading anyway.

Tip 7 is definitely not good but the rest are helpful so great vid anyway

I think custom games would be cool, that way you can set it so you have more than 6 rounds, and so you can have more points per round too

All of the sudden cards without powers are in the meta with this new card 'High evolutionary'

I dont know what i am doing wrong i have 4 cards that cost 2 energy and every time i have two energy the cards are never dealt to me and only the high energy are dealt? what am i doing wrong?

Do you need to play the card to get the booster or will you get the booster even if your not playing it?

I know this is an old video, but if someone late to the game (like me) is looking up tips, I just want to clarify: if you are tied in the number of locations with your opponent, the game takes the difference between the power levels of the locations to decide the winner. Let's say the first location is 0-0 the second location you lose 16-17, and the third location you win 12-4: you win that game because you had 8 points and the opponent had 1. It's not the highest power level (which would be 17 in this case) that wins.

It is. If you're tied on one location, the bigger difference on either of the remaining locations wins , it's the same as higher total power.
