The way to go to Shirakawa-go from Takayama is by bus. The bus is a reservation system.

Hi, I would like to visit this town . Is there a luggage storage that I can find at bus station where u came from Shinjuku Tokyo? Or is there a good hostel I can hoop in here for a night before next destination?

There are coin lockers at the Takayama Nohi Bus Center. There are also coin lockers at Takayama Station, which is very close to the bus stop.

I didn't stay Ryokan. I went home on the bus that departed at 17:00.
