That first drive on a road in the spring can reveal so much from the past winter. No flies and you can see for miles through the trees. A great perspective with the drone for sure…….

I love this time of year for exploring buddy, as you said you get to see so much more and no flies is great lol. I've been told there's an old 71 dodge duster up in this area in the woods, I'm sure I'll find it just couldn't get in far enough yet. Love finding old cars in the woods.

nice footage there man. Camp 185 rd always got a fair bit of snow, the further in u went. i wonder if you can get to little grand lake when the snow goes

When were in 185? Was wondering if ponds still frozen..

We were in there a few days ago when we took this video, only got as far as one pond and it wasn't froze. I'd say they probably still were on higher ground though. We couldn't get far due to heavy snow on the trails

@wanieta9271 just before gallants on the opposite side of the highway. All kinds of trails through the mountains there. I posted a Google earth pic of the area near the end of the video. Alot of people set their campers up in there for the summer now
