I think there should be some kind of collision bar in the front in case of any accident destroying the front wheel of this expensive bike.

Energy would still travel down that bar. You need something that gets crushed and eats some of the energy

The speeds of this are in the 30kph range. A 20" wheel can take a huge load. With little energy available for the bike from the rider and the motor you want to avoid unnecessary weight as much as possible.

Do you have a video that talks about how torque is distributed between 4 wheels?
