too bad I can't do this on myself, arms aren't long enough. I could have my husband watch it and try to find my shoulders knots.

Buy a lacrosse ball, and stand next too a wall. Put it to your shoulder. Role with the fiberes til you find the spot. It feels amazing

Use your left hand over your right shoulder and use your right hand to push left elbow and you should be able to reach it. both of mine were very painful but my mid back pain seems to have released and my neck is pain free.

Stand up and put your back to the wall. Put small tennis ball or similar btwn your back and walk. Then roll it around as you stand If you have a decent knot in this area, the pain relief will be intense. Mine stayed tender to the touch for easy week + after my massage and subsequent softer massages of the area

My therapist gave me a lacrosse ball, and showed me how to stand against a wall and place the ball on these trigger points. By moving back and forth while pressing against the wall, it helps release these points. You can hold the ball in place by placing it in a sock, throwing it over your shoulder, and hold the sock with your opposite hand. Works really well.

This is a bad example, they need to be laying on there front , and a thumb has to be used deep in the pressure point for 10 second intervals …. It is a very agonising deep pain that feels good
