    It's crazy because i started stretching a lot more this year and i was doing this stretch for my lower back and started noticing my gluteus medius started hurting bad to the point where my lower back started hurting..i must've over stretched that muscle since I've hardly stretch it.

    What part is this exactly you’re pushing on? I have a pain there when I physically push on it, it feels like a sore muscle all the time. For years now. But no other back pain, what does this mean?

  • @Nielasher
    @Nielasher7 күн бұрын

    The infraspinatus is a muscle located on the back of your shoulder blade. If it feels sore when you press on it, it might be a trigger point or muscle knot. It’s great to hear you’re not experiencing other back pain! 😊

    To treat gluteus medius trigger points, try using a foam roller or tennis ball to apply gentle pressure. Regular stretching and strengthening exercises for the glutes can also help. If the pain persists, consider consulting a therapist. Feel better! 💪
