@Cian MacGana well I have stopped watching it and gone back to old comedy and watched that over again. I cannot watch BBC and Mock the Week no more. I use to love the show but cannot tolerate it nowadays. People in jobs for the way they look, gender or their ethnicity to please the minority and also their lack of all round jokes on the world with just political motivated jokes mostly with some of them. Very boring, not funny and needs a huge revamp but nowadays there is no chance in that unless you have one side of jokes only directed against the politically motivated media agenda or you won't have a job at all. I agree, but the problem with KZread pranksters Is they don't have the funding a TV channel has. Dom could film legally in shops as they was in on it and was told about the TV show. Dom would be in a shop window and dress as Santa and beat his elf. If a KZread prankster done it, cops would be called and the prank would never be filmed. Many KZread pranksters are really just young thugs who live in the United States who cheaply go film in Target or Walmart in there local neighborhood to just be thrown out and complain about it afterwards. The only one who's different is Juan Gonzalez and that's just because he gives free stuff out. I think he's a psychopath and not the good kind like Joly, I think he has a hidden side to him and only does it to make a killing on his channel and to invest in KZread partnership. He pretends it's his money when he's getting it from somebody who instructs him to give it out along with TV, Gift cards etc on certain days to keep his Content going. His company Is "That is Epic" As for Dom joly, he probably looks back and cringes on this stuff as David Walliams does with "Little Britain" I remember Dom joly calling out John Cleese over his comments at the time over "London not being an English city anymore" Dom is good friends with John. Dom also doesn't identify as white. Whenever he's turned Woke or Running scared, I just don't know!

So original for its time. Use to love watching these shows
People sat around without a mobile phone in sight, and this was just 20 years ago. Definite eye-opener the scene on the packed tube and people with newspapers etc. How times & technology changes

So people stared at their newspapers instead. Seriously, people who want to talk still do and the rest look at anything so they don’t have to. You saying you don’t use technology? We have just moved with the times, and more will come.

its because smart phones literally didnt exist, your praising the world of 20 years ago for not using technology that physically did not exist yet
When you didn't care about offending people or being cancelled. I forgot how good it was. I had to pause because I laughed so much at the bears
Ah, how the world was pre-social media... I remember it well.
This is legitimate Gold!
Queuing for phone booths...great days, great comedy 😂
Easily the funniest wind up show in my life time ! Thanks for the upload
Love the one knocking on someone’s door, Dom and an old man, that’s supposedly Buzz Aldrin. “I’m just introducing Buzz to everyone, and while we’re here, would you like to buy some tea towels, made by me” 😂😂😂😂

What memories watching this. Puts these modern day pranksters to shame. Best comedy programme 😅
A huge fan of the show when it first aired. The soundtrack is like looking through my old album collection..Including The Cure, speaking of who, is that Mr Smith himself at 56:45 ??
Funking ace mate . I invariably missed loadsa chunks from the original runs and reruns . Dom Jolly's ability and charisma put him in a class of his own . Many thanks for putting this up . If u don't know this , can't be arsed to sift through , check 12:45 Badger sketch - 33:52 Swingers - 45:15 Bear in a Booth . Genius* ~ watching again , there's no need to sift through ; just watch all of it ha ha ....

The 90s, early 2000s - a happy time, fun time. No Wokeness, no mass migration of the 3rd world. The last good decade the UK will ever know.

@@kirkham111 Yep, this country is unrecognisable now, why just today 400 migrants alone were shipped in. The Conservatives have let in more migrants than Labour now. The politicians of this country have betrayed the voters, I will never vote for any major political party again. I will, however, hold all of them with a vicious contempt for life.

@@kirkham111 Yes, indeed - rubbing the rights nose in diversity - can't you believe that cnt Madelson had the balls to dismissively deny ever saying, doing that. But, since the Tories took over, they have let in more than Labour now and continue to do so. Each HS has talked tough, while behind the scenes inviting more.
God that documentary was...interesting. Dom reminds me so much of Kauffman with the way you can't tell if he's serious or not
Bring back Trigger Happy, please
You know he is doing a convincing role when somebody has this reaction to ''RUN!'' 35:15

Wouldn't work. The streets have a different identity now. People's behaviours and expectations have also changed. Trigger Happy was a product of its time, and it was perfect.
1st 1 i saw was dom dressed as a snail crawing over zebra crossing pure genius in the spike milligan genius
Tragic that huge cultural changes mean none of this would work in 2023. All people will do now is stand there and take selfies!

Back in the days when comedy shows were actually funny. TV channels are a pale shadow of what they used to be.
Absolute genius wasn't it?
Apparently being Dom joly went out at 2 in the morning so no one saw it. Very funny though
Me and my friends as kids used to go to our local town and cause carnage copying this guy. The phone call in the library one we did so many times we actually got arrested and banned from every library in the UK. Thankyou Dom this show gave me and my friends so much joy and so many memories we all speak about now in our 30's
Wanna buy some tea towels 😂
The funniest part is the lack of reaction from people. Just staring with the WTF faces
@bmohler1 Don't worry about that, I found out what to do about it! Downloaded Series 1-3, then used a AVI-MP4 converter, voala. Thank you very much for that however.

Yeah and for basically two weeks just causing a little well some call it fun some call it mayhem. Haha, is that something that you..what? My friend Turnip is basically a bit of a reader and he's found out that the whole are around here is common land, so actually there's no police jurisdiction whatsoever, which makes life very useful for us.
