'Dont Hol Me Down' shares the story of Triggaheartz finding himself as a man leading to success and happiness while empowering men to do the same.
Knowing what he stood for, yet still allowed women to influence his decisions. Leading into a spiral of drug & alcohol abuse while already under anti depressants and other mind altering drugs. Ultimately sending him back to rock bottom. This lead to the understanding that everytime he compromised his strict belief/rules he suffered the most.
The song sets the notion that a strong lasting relationship starts with the man,
"You cant find the way to show me, love was meant to be". Empowering both genders to play their role and for men to lead, taking accountability of their situations, become unwavering & most of all believe in themselves.
