Consent is important, children learn this skill by it being modelled at home. Parents ask the kids for their consent, kids ask us for their consent. If you went up to a friend with your arms open, that's non-verbally requesting consent. If you went up to them and put your arms around someone you don't know, that's a problem.

There’s a reason told him the law. He is repeating himself trying to get others on his side. He seems disappointed he has to ask consent and I think he is a problem
