Literally and the hardest part is figuring out what to take out lol

I'd recommend a shifting woodland just for the replayability of the dark depths (or any card in your graveyard). Played a game with a friend of mine. I had already done the typical thespians stage trick to put Marit out. He made a copy of it and cyclonic rifts. After rift resolves, I turn the woodland into the depths and get another Marit. Look on his face was priceless.

Eladamri, Lord Of Leaves is another great addition All elves gain forestwalk which means all of your creatures with a everything counter , plus , elves cannot be targeted by spells or abilities This with Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth And herald of hoofbeats Means you will have multiple instances where you will be attacking players directly until they can take something out or clear the board

but what about scuttling sliver + magus of the candelabra? if you have a big enough cloudpost, can't you make infinite mana? Is this not good enough of a reason to keep magus in the deck?

For some one looking for a funny way to make infinite mana with magus of the candelabra there is a land called griffin canyon you just need magus to be a griffin and the land says „untap target griffin“ and you can make infinite mana with it

Can you elaborate, i mean, i need to pay 1 for untap with magus, and the griffin gives you only 1 mana, thanks

Say you have a land that produces 3 mana, you tap it for 3, tap magus for 1 to untap your land, then tap griffin canyon to untap magus, then tap your land again, now you have 5 mana floating, use 2 to untap your 2 lands, use griffin canyon to untap magus, tap your other land again, you have 6 mana floating, and you can do this infinitely

Wouldn't using Aggressive Biomancy targeting Omo reduce the risk of removal and since Omo adds everything counters, having more Omos adds more everything counters? I thought this was super explosive to getting your creatures covered. Thoughts?

I think Nadu would go crazy in this deck

Same. Especially with trigger doublers. So many land drops and/or draws each turn

If your lokking for cheap alternatives to romming throne you can alawase use the collorles doctor assistant from doctor who set (dont remember the name) baiscliy the same in this deck but a lot cheaper

Doesn't everything counter give creatures artifact creature type and get shut down by ouphe?

Artifact is a card type and not a creature type.

Since waste was basic land too Collective restrain with an everything token is not equals 6. Right?

No, everything counter gives nonbasic Land types, Not basic Land types. So cave, desert etc

So the argument against agressive biomancy is that all the tokens you make have to fight suff and then end up dying, but the card says "fights up to one target creature you dont control". So is that not a may effect? You dont have to fight.

Roaming Throne makes for a better addition than my predicted Ozolith. Regardless, nice to see this expensive version of the deck and I love much of the cards featured in this upgrade.

March from Velis Vel : your argument was solid until I started looking at what kind of creatures I have in my deck. Can you imagine copying Apex Devastator OR, even worse, Rampaging Baloth THEN dropping a land? There's tons of potential with this card.

You made a mistake with collective restraint. The everything counter from Omo DOES NOT give all lands all basic land types. It gives every nonbasic land type. So collective restraint, even with an active omo+everything counter, will still be x=2

Omo makes all lands every land type. This includes basic land types. The land types are Cave, Desert, Forest, Gate, Island, Lair, Locus, Mine, Mountain, Plains, Power-Plant, Sphere, Swamp, Tower, and Urza's. Of that list, Forest, Island, Mountain, Plains, and Swamp are the basic land types.

Would lightning Greaves be good in this deck?

Would Collective Restraint cost five or six? Wouldn't the everything counter also make them Waste?

It would be 5. Wastes is a basic land but it doesn’t have a type. Its considered typeless

Every $300 blue deck: Rhystic Study and Cyclonic Rift. It would be cool to see some other cards that may be more synergistic rather than generic good stuff cards. Some bangers in there though - love absorb identity

This deck is so sweet! I regret buying the collector variant tho! So much more expensive to upgrade 😅

Doppelgang + trenchpost and cloudpost can mill someone very fast aha

I disagree with the removal of Arcane Denial over strix serenade. The ability to counter anything and have that card replaced in your hand is worth a single one of your opponents going +1 on whatever you countered.

@@GuysThatMagic Yes but you get 1 card too - and two others opponets get none... So generaly you are -1 vs. 1 of the, nad +1 vs. two of them ;) So for You its still good. On top of that ther is part of "psychology" here - counters a good spell for a lot of player make it salty - but i you give them 2 cards to replace the one You counter - it make it feels better ;P
