I solved the puzzle and didn't realize that it was solved! 🤣 I thought there was more to it than that. So I came here to see what you would do with it, and I'm glad I did, so I don't have to keep messing around with it!

Thank you!!! I'm not mechanical at all and never would have figured this out by myself! I thought maybe I had just bought a defective lock. Then, reviewing my order, I saw the name, "Puzzle God Lock" and the light came on. 😂 So I will use this for my steampunk cosplay, but might buy another one for my niece, who loves puzzles.

LMAO I also found that out, but thought this was only the first step to get the pin out and so I was trying to search for a solution online and found this video xD

Glad I finally gave in and looked up the solution. Been trying to solve this for a long time. Something is definitely wrong with mine. The pin doesn't turn at all.

I had the same issue, try to force rotating the ring like to open it (not the knob) on top. Mine was stuck.

Object of the puzzle is to open the lock. The lock was opened. Metal pin is not suppose to come out, you can only pull it up or rotate.

@@Puzzleguy i agree with @picoknows. It seems very underwhelming and they wouldnt give a key to troll you even more, right? Maybe the pin is made up of 2 parts, and the key is meant to hold the bottom part in place while you turn the top? Or am i off the mark totally?

Spoiler… I hate that the key is a decoy but it’s still pretty cool. I figured it out by chance and had to look it up here because I was in disbelief.😂

It’s called the God lock because God damn!t I had to look up a KZread video to get it open…and it STILL wasn’t working! I noticed the 2 dots on the inside of the top of my lock are on the OPPOSITE side of my lock so here I was pulling it open in the wrong direction this entire time 😂 GOD HELP ME!!

Did everything. Lock failed to open. Only opens when I watch a video. Stupid puzzle.

This was a disappointment. Way too easy.
