correction for the SOL-3 LOWERING! echo drops seem more often in higher levels - but still not sure of rarity diffrence. cause i still get alot of 5 star echos in RANK 3. as of now, faster echo clearing vs higher drop chance pretty much depends on what u prefer and on ur current "powerlvl" if u struggle.

If the boss drop really has a "pity" system of 2. Lowering the phase level won't affect the drop rate at all. Since rarity drops only affected by data bank level, lowering phase level is actually a pretty smart move, imo.

Rarity is based on the databank level. The highest you can go in SOL-3 is databank level 18. There are no tricks to echo farming. Just track the echo you need and hope for a good drop.

I data bank level as they appear when you level it up. After Level 15, all of the echos are a 25% 5 stars and increase from there. But i had at least 3, 5 stars echos from 2 diferent bosses and 1 big enemy in a row. And then a 4 stars from doing the rematch with the Act 1 final boss. That means the % can be tricked by Databank and keep repeating beating the same enemy.

The fact that i am using the pity system right now😂😂😂

Since bosses take 1-2 minutes to respawn and about a minute to defeat you could end up with less downtime in between bosses as well as the guarantee

Since you have to wait 2 minute for the boss to respawn, you'll need 4 mimute to obtain 1 echo from the boss you want if you fight it consistency. But if you fight other boss while the one you need still on cooldown, you'll get the pity from the boss you need in just 2 minutes. It's about effeciency

u can go to dreamless level 40 and completely annihilate her in under a minute then in that time ur boss would probably get close to respawning. it saves a shit ton of time if ure actually trying to progress in the game

That's your 15 per week enhanced drop rate. You can check how many enhanced chances you have in the databank.

How lucky

I put waypoints on 3 different boss echos and just rotate between all 3. Since it only takes me like 10 seconds to beat each boss, by the time I’m back to the first boss there’s like 15-20 seconds of downtime where I check my drops before it respawns. Since it’s a 2 pity system you can change which one you’re most likely to always drop by just replaying one again

It's not worth it. For 3 cost echoes, unless you have an optimised pity farm route for the specific echoes you want, it is actually more time consuming to build pity for the guarantee. Co-op farming is just way more efficient.

I just found out about the pity system before I found this short. I wish I found it sooner

bosses respawn fast enough you can just open your menu for a couple minutes look at a couple weapons or echos and theyre respawned in front of you. dunno why youd waste time running around the map

Or use the 15 chances getting enhanced drop rate every week, been using that . I got databank 18, union 36, 50/50 5star echos

It's only efficient to do if you need to farm as much as possible elites for one specific set before you run out of them on your map for a given day. Smarter way would be, if we take Havoc Set for example, let's say farm all the Roseshrooms, then farm all the Havoc Dreadmanes, then all the Tambourinists. Yes, 3/4 of them all will go to waste, but it is faster to do overall than to sit and count all of them. For bosses - they never run out. Just farm the same one on the lower difficulty again and again. That way I got a few Dreamless echoes with crit rate along with bunch of those Useless echoes with healing bonus.

Turtle is on a separate pity since its a Calamity type enemy. If you find yourself waiting for respawn cycling 2 bosses you can include killing the turtle as well and it wont affect your Overlord pity. Pretty good considering turtle is very useful as both a Moon and Healing 4 star, so farming that one in between is not going to hurt.

lowering the world level may not affect the farming for echos beside making it faster BUT you will criple everey other aspect of farming, be it materials for echos or for characters from waveplates.

I remember thats theres an increased chance for echo of Overlord/Calamity level TD to drop for a certain amount of time in a week, the boosted rate is affected by Data bank lv and the amount of boosted drop coubt is 15 time per week before it stop

The hardest echo farm is elit, i already have bunch crit rate cost 4 but still struggling for wolf havoc, don't even start with sub elit echo 😂

But i have good luck with cost 1 sub stats, i have 3 for danjin sub crit rate,crit dmg,basic attack bonus,1 attack with random (the perfect sub is atk flat and % with crit rate & dmg + basic attack bonus)

idk what's so efficient tho, since it's better to just fight the same boss without to need to travel anywhere and way more time-efficient with the bonus of getting an extra echo from the boss if you're lucky in the 1/2 pity

This is recommended if you zeroed out your data bank enhanced drop rate for the week remembe that it goes down as long as you defeat a calamity - overlord class echo.

It was so much easier to understand when i read it on a reddit post

or if you are trying to get 2 echo boss like for encore and rover you can keep switching as well

Best thing you can do is use the dreamless echo on the lowest lvl because it's lower level to defeat fast and move onto the boss you want the echo from.

There is also a pity system for elites. The fourth will always pop.

Its more efficient to juat run the boss timer. Its 1 minute which is less time that it yakes you to load another area, walk and beat another boss.

That just depends on your device's specs. I recorded my clear and i defeated 5 bosses within 2:48 min(mobile btw). That even includes the bell calamity boss which i need to stand there for like 10 sec b4 it starts lol. Thats the same time it takes for u to kill ur boss once and u say ull wait when in my time i already killed 5 lol. Check my youtube for the clear lol.

Actually you can use your charge attack so you so you can get the higher chance at getting your echoes from any other boss when well they're at 1 HP or when they're near near HP . 😸

Also there is split push echo you can do. Invite 3 or 2 friends and have them fight different boss. Its more efficient since pity still count even they kill different bosses

The fact that I didn't realize I did that in daily basis. As I instead wait for boss I want respawn. I swap and fight other boss and then get back so I just don't sit and waiting

For a guaranteed Geochelone, you'd want to alternate it with Dreamless. If a Dreamless accidentally procs in the first try during the process you just do Dreamless again, then go straight to Geochelone afterwards.

Just joined the game, didnt know i could get echo from this. I was doing things, then i got an echo so i tried to collect and i thought its permanent cause ive got it twice now (i only did it twice cause those are the only available i can get) I feel like the combat can be done without leveling up. I beat the bosses with level 14 Rover, level 13 Jianxin and level 13 Baizhi. Takes a bit of time but its currently enjoyable to learn the attack pattern.

I got 2 back to back gold Memphis with crit damage. I think it's still chances

Just do it with friends use waypoints in three bosses then mark your targetted 4 echos boss and make a list 1-2-3-4 you start with 1 and your friends at 3 then you instantly get two echos drop from your friends and the ones you killed, like that you got 50:50 pity easily

I do this unknowingly to wait for the boss to respawn so I farm other echoes for my other chars lmao

nah just stay camping in the boss location, have a coffee/tea wait for 1-2 mins, the boss reappears

So thats why when i farm the rider and aix, aix is very very hard to drop his soul

Also found something out, i forgot the echos name but it was that thunder bird that spawns somewhere in the desert area But just like the motorcycle guy, you can hold instead of tap and it'll instead fly in the direction you're facing(switch charas mid air to maintain height and doesn't last as long as the motorcycle guy)

or you can just farm one boss since if it doesnt drop once it will drop next time so there is absolutely no point of ever going to other boss

its lower probability but its not 100% that the random boss doesnt drop it, so if he drops it then you wasted 1 echo on the boss echo you wanted

Or do like me and my friends we cycle all bosses until each boss had two echos and we take them up 😂 If you get three in a spot it would delete one so do remember that.

Or... just fight the boss repeatedly? It literally takes about the same amount of time, and you don't have to worry about accidentally getting the other boss' echo and screwing up your rotation - which would just make it take even longer.

Teleporting seems a hassle for mobile players like me 😂 i just beat mobs all over the area as the boss respawns

For me this isn't really practical like from bosses, as an example I defeated Mourning aixe and didn't drop the echo and say I want thundering memp and let's say that you don't have a portable beacon for teleporting and you just used the resonance beacon that was near thundering and then ran into thundering the amount of time that running teleporting while in the loading screen(which depends on your internet or the quality of pc that you are using) it can be more or less efficient for other people instead of just waiting for 1 minute and a half for it to respawn, in some cases that the loading time each loading time may vary I'm not saying you can't do this method by defeating the boss you don't like then teleport the boss that you want to get what I'm saying in some cases you can just wait for it to respawn defeat it get an echo, and defeat it again another 50/50. so whatever you decide to do which is entirely your decison. Plus I have gotten like 3 echo drops in a row one time for thundering and got the specific stat I want. Just imo this method can take longer (as I said it depends to who is playing and the type of platform they are using and if it has a faster loading time)

there's some flaws here, though. if the second boss drops an echo, you now wasted a drop on an echo that you didn't want, PLUS the echo you actually want is still not guaranteed, since your pity was reset from the second boss. additionaly for most ppl it takes like 20 seconds to kill a boss. so even when going for another boss inbetween your main goal might still have not respawned. so if you gonna wait either way, you might aswell wait the entire 2 minutes without potentially losing drops to a boss that you don't want. ofc everyone may farm the way they want, but personally, as soon as there's another boss involved that potentially resets my pity, the "efficiency" argument for this tactic becomes flawed.

Well you can just beat the boss all the same. You will get 1-0-1-0-1-0 etc. With those resin prices for bosses it's not worth teleporting back and forth to farm another boss if you can't afford drops

The problem is their main stat and substat also rng, imagine wasting a lot of time to beat the boss and get purple or you get gold and didn't get the stat you want, that's worse than wasting your stamina on grinding echo.
