Excellent documentation Herald. We miss such a kind of documentaries that actually illustrates the ground reality of traditional communities. Govt. Institutions like IMG, KILA, KIRTADS and Tribal welfare Department and so on should encourage more such documentations, may be for each of our tribal communities and their peculiarities...I personally appreciate the photographer and all who worked in this to make it a beautiful and informative documentary..Few copies should be given to the community members as their own property.

The great full documents you're a big salute

You people took us to a different world. You took us from India to Bharathadesam. Thanks is a very small word for the pains you took for documenting a lifestyle for posterity. Till 80s we witnessed n were part of more or less such lifestyle in our villages which deteriorated n gone to dogs from 2000. With whatever little I understand the Malayalam language I could make out the lifestyle n their travails in the dense forest living with wild animals. I have personally experienced very very trivial complaints from co employees in PSU bank. HRD depts should show the experiences of the lady teacher when any of their employee complains. Hats off to the lady teacher to work n educate the children after undergoing the hardships to reach the place. What incentive she has to work only GOD knows. What incentive these people have to continue their life style n traditions when in the world over people change their jobs , run away from life n difficulties etc etc. Only they can answer it. GOD bless them. Subtitles would have taken your video world over. Anyhow thank you .
