I'm super grateful that the character designs are accurate to the source material. They are really iconic designs, and the fact that they are modelling actual outfits for the job advancements and not just color swapping is great!

The Switch is a beast when it comes to RPGs.

IKR. There are soo many RPGs for its fans to devour. Dragon Quest 11, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Fire Emblem Three Houses, Octopath Traveler, YS VIII, Xenoblade 1 Definitive Edition, Trials of Mana, Bravely Default 2, Undertale, etc, etc, etc. This is a good system to have if you are a RPG fan.

1:15 I remember this guy back in the Snes version. I HATED this guy, even near to the end he was arrogant. He wouldn't accept defeat. He was like Vegeta from DBZ if you got stronger, he would get stronger.

It's Spring in the castle because of the Queen's magic and she was gonna be killed by said Queen to break the seal on the Mana stones so she had to escape. Can't remember if she accidentally tapped into magic to teleport outside the castle or if the Queen wanted her to freeze outside but forgot to send guards to check if she died or not. The trailer makes it look like she tapped into her powers to escape but I don't remember that in the original game. It just looked the Queen banished her into the cold to die

I don't really think that armor is supposed to be armor at all. It's more of a sorceress garb. Duran's a warrior and his bared midriff armor is up to style I'd say.

In her defense, she wasn't expecting to be out in the tundra wearing that outfit, as the castle itself is warm due to magic (dunno what the excuse is later when they all actually go back there in the same gettup, though). Duran, on the other hand, seems to fully expect his rock hard abs will stop an incoming sword... and they actually might.

Sweet. They added a few extra depth on character! I can't wait!

I can't wait to try this game out...

The one thing that is hard about the original is the farming a how to level up your character to obtain the master class that you want

Game looks so good

Always wanted to play the og version but never got around to it, this will do nicely

Trials of Mana is pretty much Secret of Mana, but better in every way possible. The ONLY thing I hate about the game is the ludicrous amount of luck and grinding required to unlock the final class for each character. Hopefully the remake fixes that, if so this may sit alongside Legend of Mana as the greatest Mana game ever and a true masterpiece

@@latrin.6413 Don't forget about the hundreds of times you need to save your game, kill an enemy and sleep at the Inn to reset the RNG, and then seeing if it gets the right class...than saying "OH, C'MON!" and loading your game and trying again. Fun times

The problem with the FF7 remake is its episodic. Plus it's only exclusive for a year so I have to wait a year to see if will be out on PC or not.

I have such a freakin’ backlog of switch games to play. About three quarters of the way through Doom (amazing btw) but have Ni No Kuni, Mortal Kombat 11, Ori, Little Nightmares, Assassin’s Creed rebel collection, and Collection of Mana sitting unplayed. guess I’m gonna have to add this to the list.

Games like this deserve remakes, but long live the pixel art classics!

Its still surreal that we are getting seiken 3 remake after so many years of the original not making its way to the states. Fans got to get out there and show their support!

Have they shown off how magic works in this version? I was playing Collection of Mana with my brother and having to constantly be in the menus as Angela was a real chore. She has one of the better stories in this game so I hope they do something about that.

@abrahamWCE 2 of the main cannon games for KH were on Nintendo's handhelds. Chain of Memories and 356/2 days. I liked the latter one because it had a multiplayer mission mode where people could play as members of Organization XIII it's just not a lot of people played it and it was ad-hoc only.

And for the facts... Its more newer than resident evil 2 cse this was only a japan release... So even being the old one, its new for a lot of people. I really cant wait for this one... Not having beaten the original, I see that each trailer has a common enemy and a theme. Duran and Angela face the Red Magician. Kevin and Charlotte face the Jester. Lise and Hawkeye face... not sure. But this game looks amazing. I already preordered on Switch. And I hate preorders!
