Trevor Manuel threatens to take legal action against Dr Onkgopotse JJ Tabane

Former Finance Minister Trevor Manuel has threatened to take legal action against Dr Onkgopotse JJ Tabane. It comes after Tabane's podcast which was published on youtube in which he claimed that Manuel was part of the formation of COPE in 2008.
Manuel has dismissed the claims and has demanded that Tabane retract his utterances in public or face a lawsuit. Tabane has declined to comment further on the matter. Manuel speaks to #Newzroom405's Stephen Grootes.

Manuel is trying to use his privilege and his close proximity with judiciary to intimidate JJ.Why would He just make it up,it doesn't make sense.
Why on earth is he still singing about it? Let him forge ahead maan. JJ would have not made this up.
Now Travor Manuel trust the judiciary system after calling judges useless people wearing robes. If it was Malema and Lindiwe Sisulu there was going to be uproar and press conferences

I am mean why mention being the Minister of Finance, 'I could have not found to be in the midst of forming another party'. As if ANC Minister's have not been in shenanigans to work against their party. Pravin did it, Hanekom did it, Lekota, Shilowa, and others.
There were many people behind the scenes who are still in Anc advising Cope, I can mentioned Supra for instance. Many conversations happened telephonically or private spaces. Just like today Anc information gets peddled to Eff. Many wanted to see if it was gonna work before jumping ship. Some of us prematurely jumped ship kante Mbhazima and Terror sunk the ship. Jj is telling the truth but it'll be difficult to prove it as I said it was behind the scenes conversation

Where is the harm if JJ lied? We keep running to the courts to fight petty squabbles. If Manuel did not have money, he would not go to court.

this trevor must be investigated ,sa people dont forget that he was a minister of monitoring and evaluation in government
