Because he prepares his speaking. Even though he knows everything he is going to say, it is important to draw a chronological line of the story and topics to mention. Other speakers (without generalizing) just go and say to themselves today we are talking about this, and as they continue the story, other things come to their minds and so on and so forth.

talking about sadaqahtul jariah. three years had passed since the making of these videos and it still benefited the ummah. May Allah preserved Dr. Omer Suleiman & Yaqeen institute teams.

Didn't even know that ..I only found out about him as a speaker a few days ago when a friend sent me a link on his angels series..have you listened to that one? That's also a very good one ....

1. The forerunners. "As-sabiqoon as-sabiqoon", the ones who rush to Allah in this dunya, will be rushed to Allah in the next. The ones who rush towards good and rush away from evil. 2. The trendsetters. 3. The ghurba/The strangers(among the people) 4. The revivers, those who revive the sunnahs 5. The muhsineen/ the distinguished (they are the ghuraba even among the Muslims)

4 years? 124 epsiodes? can't believe!! how eargerly we waited for every episode..just missed this series and started from the begining all over again. May Allah free Masjidhul Aqsa and the holy land from the oppressors and may Allah give our sheikh strength to continue this series back again. The best series on Seerah

I only used to listen to Bayinnah Institute and then I tapped on one of Bro. Omar Sulieman’s videos and can not stop listening to them, May Allah (swt) be pleased with him. I have cried listening to the beautiful stories of The Prophet Muhammad (saws), His companions and wives. I fell in love with Al-Islam all over again.

Please continue to make videos. As someone who has struggled with the understanding of God their entire life. It's been nice to hear about something new from a source that feels true.

I admire the way he talks even if some of the issues are very sensitive. Bro Omar always never used personal opinion. He is calm, smiles never undermine his audience like other scholars who are treat their audience like bunch of schoolchildren. I always listen to his lectures almost every single day before going to bed. One of the problem of Islamic scholars they tends to exercise some kind of authority over others, if you listen careful in their lectures. They forget the facts that we’re living in the days of information technologies where everything is available online.

Yes I agree. He is liberal and also highly aware. He sees the audience as equal.

This series is the first series and also the first ever lecture of Dr Omar Suleiman that I have watched. The impact of this series is very positive on me. I have managed to come out of a life of misery and selfishness, to the Muslim way of life. Jazakallah Khair for bringing such beautiful series.

I was looking for part 2 of the "Khalid Ibn Walid (R.A)" video, that's when I realised the videos were part of this series. I'm now starting from episode 1, working my way up Insha Allah 😊

The Teacher touches on some very important issues here for humanity to ponder on.

The sahaabah were the sahaabah for a reason Having migrated leaving their belongings, their lands, houses even families behind in Makkah & then rushing to follow the command of the Prophet ص in Madinah gathering everything of value from their new abodes to spend on the poor they didn't even know We would certainly ponder not having settled down properly yet in the new place, new city, new people, we might need these resources for fulfilling our own needs, waiting for the already well settled Madinah residents to step in instead 😣

Alhamdulilah, I found a gem of a series. May Allah cause me to benefit the best I can from this series and stay consistent in watching it ameen. May Allah reward the team behind these videos and make them among As Saabiqoon.

Wow. This can relate to everyday acitivities too. So procrastination is no good for us.Hesitation is condemned.? I did not realise this before. So distraction can also be evil. Ie. I have adhd i am easily distracted and therefore struggle to complete basic tasks. Knowing well that the quality of my life will improve vastly if I am able to maintain focus and finish a task. Wow. I will now look at distraction and hesitation within me in a different light.

Me too!! I've struggled with ADD issues since the dawn of time as well. It's been clear that it's a problem. Saught medication to reset an issue that it's never corrected. I've never heard anyone explain the benefits of a relationship with God with so clearly before. Felt like a moment of pure clarity.
