I bought the adipeu and have used it most mornings and a few evenings. I so like the cream, makes my skin feel smooth, but not sure it has any effect. Been using it a couple of months. Waiting 10 minutes is a bit of a hassle, so I totally get why you went off it😂

I can attest to face wrinkles caused by side sleeping! I use a special pillow too & they absolutely work! Also, I wear the bra pillow nightly & it reduces décolleté wrinkles also!

Just wanted to say you are looking very pretty. I love the Maysama ... only negative is having to wait 20 min for the RLT because I forget and then have to wait ! 🤣 first world problems. I have it on subscription, so it makes it affordable.

Thank you for the information. I did purchase the body lotion. I find that if I use it twice a day, I’ll go through the product so quickly how are you applying the amount? Are you using that on your entire body and if you only use it at night will that be not enough? Great influence so glad I found you.

Hello! Body lotion I usually use it on my arms during the day and at night it is legs and arms. I probably should use it all over, but I just forget. 🙏❤️

Great video! I’ve been thinking about the NMN, probably will start with it in January! Just wanted to let you know what has helped with my forehead lines and elevens, I had very deep horizontal lines on my forehead and the elevens were starting to form, I don’t do much to my forehead besides red light and tretinoin, what I started doing, was pulling my hair back in a tight pony tail, this gives me a youthful look (I’m 50) and pralyzes my muscles, it’s imposible for me to frown or make gestures, my lines are very faint now and my elevens are non existent, people think I’m younger, not because I don’t have wrinkles, but because of the youthful look the ponytail gives me. There you have it, its easy, convenient and free. If you like ponytails, think Sandra Bullock in “The proposal” give it a try, it’s like botox but without the cost 😂 Thank you for your advice, its really appreciated!

I love Inci Decoder and Beautypedia Ingredient Checker. I use these before buying skincare or makeup. PS Inci Decoder finds the fragrant oils in the True Botanicals balm problematical.

My period stopped at 48 years old. I had a few months of spotting then BAM STOPPED. I never had any hot flashes. I have had insomnia all my life so not sure how much menopause affected it.

I asked Mira Aguirre of The Skincare Forum, and the study on green tea especially the roibos was super small and not considered at least by Mira to be exactly accurate and that really turned me off. I am offended by any overblown claims and in skincare there are alot of them. If you don't know Mira you should. She is 100000% science backed and peer reviewed studies. She has always been my true North in skincare due to her science-based background.

Hello! I love Mira as well and have had her on my channel talking about Growth Factors! She is amazing! Yes, I know the study is small. I probably should have stated that in the video. I will definitely make sure to state that in the future. I did still find it to be impressive. From my understanding, many skincare ingredients don't have a lot of research to back their claims except retinoids. Retinoids have a lot of research over a long period of time. I love peptides! However, not a lot of science to back them up as well and there are SO many different types of peptides. I'm hoping we'll see this change over the years. 🙏♥️ Thank you!

@@AgingNaturallywithJodylynn Mira is definitely a sweetie. Vit C has pretty good studies I think . I am hoping for more peptide studies too. Kelly Driscol and Alice gave done some peptide videos. Copper I think is for wound healing like after microneedling It's the anti wrinkle workers and other helpers I want to understand. I was a horrific sun worshipper and my sports were sailboat racing and competitive horses plus all our weekends except horse shows were at our bayhouse. My sister is also a golfer and though she uses sunscreen it's not our fav K beauty with the newer generation filters. So now she is texting and emailing me more about my product recommendations. I want the nira pro so bad. But gosh our business has been so down in this economy and the inflation is killing everyone. I have to still feed 6 kitties and 1 pup and 1 daughter still at home so I need a big honking bonus !

Yes, ascorbic acid has some great studies to back it up as well. I'll be testing the Nira Pro on my neck here soon and doing a before and after video. Let's hope the economy changes for the better soon! ❤🙌
