There hasn't been a whole lot for me to find lately so I decided to go try Metal Detecting a beach I never really go to... let's see if it was worth it.

The wheat penny was minted from 1909 through 1958 🤓 getting jealous of yall MD together 😝 got a cheapo for the lil one and the simplex lite for the ol lady for Christmas 🤞 fingers crossed

I weighed my lead today, 2.2 pounds or 1 kilogram, I watched a KZread video that shows you how to clean it up and pour it into ingots and sell to Fisher man or bullet makers for sinker or bullet making, so I'm going to do that, if anyone has lead and wants a link to the video let me know

Dude if you live near lake Elsinore ca. You could find tons of pre 1970 lead the stuff must of been real cheap back then not kidding

@@ringhunter1006 yeah the majority of my lead is old too, I got 5 or 6 sinkers which may be new or old who knows, 2 tried weights again maybe be somewhat new But I have 2 huge chunks I found on my property, probably from the old structure that used to be onmy property, ive also found a 50s cap gun, some onld buckles and a 1941 penny on thee property

Been using GoPro for a while with a chest mount but there are some other good options out there too, a lot comes down to preference. 👍
How many detectors do you have if i may ask

No 😆 It was in the 40s the last couple days, we're warmed back up to around 70 degrees now. Much better 👍
