Vanquish 540 is like using many detectors because it sends many frequencies in the same times from 5.6 to 40khz. That's why it detects small things because of 40khz frequency

Own 2, vanquish 540 and nokta legend. I love the ease of the vanquish, if there is a quick little spot I’ll use that, but for older sites and longer hunts or creek hunts I’ll use the legend

I have two, the Equinox 800 and the Nokta Legend. I like them equally and use them about the same. Definitely the Legend if I’m in the water.

I currently own 4 1. Garrett AT Pro 2. Nokta Simplex + Ultra 3. Minelab X-Terra Pro 4. Whites machine from the 70’s belonged to my Dad. My favorite is my Dads machine but it’s not currently working. It’s a sentimental thing. I’m getting the new x-terra tonight. So currently I’m currently using the Simplex ultra it’s a great machine but so is the AT Pro. I really can’t choose which one I like the best. Let me get a few hours on the x-terra and I’ll let you know. Hope you all have a great holiday and wish you all great luck finding treasure.

Hey, I have 2, since 2015 I think a xp goldmaxx power and before a xp adx 250. Since 2 weeks I have the 540 pro pack and I prefer the multi frequenzy and it's a nice package for this price (449euro). Liebe Grüße aus germany Thomas

Three detectors so far my garret at pro is my favorite. The other two are brand new so we shall see if that changes

5 detectors. Each has its place. I like my simplex plus, but still use the atpro. I haven’t touched the sovereign gt for a long time. My spectrum XLT is a classic and was my first detector. I own it, but my 1st simplex went to my wife, so I picked up a 2nd. 🎉

do you think the 540 is worth the extra over the 440?

I have five but only been doing this for three years now and I gotta give it to my vanquish 540 but have been looking for a reasonably priced water proof one

I am an amateur. I have a Bounty Hunter TrackerIV and a Quest X10 Pro. I use my Bounty Hunter at Tot Lots because it has better discrimination near the playground equipment. I use my Quest for field and beach detection.

So 900 for beach manticore for hard ground separation is key in parks or gold fields here got to beat iron.

I have 2 440 is my best by far.

I have a 440, bounty Hunter tracker 4, been thinking about getting a Nokta ultra or a Xterra pro. Not sure yet. As of right now the vanquish 440 is my go to detector.😎

I noticed that ckg scoop on Amazon for $90. Is it worth the price in your opinion? Any reccomendation on a long handle to go with it?

2… when I was talkin about gettin into it my father in-law got me a cheapo, cant even remember what it is, almost immediately order the Simplex+, as good as it is, I’m going to be upgrading to the Legend very soon !

I have 3 metal detectors including a bounty hunter and I prefer my External pro And I got 4 pin pointers

440 , but legend shortly ; hopefully it does better in mineralized sand than the 440

2 Vanq 540- loving it Quest Q20 -worst machine

All minelab. See the xterra pro is now called THE NOKTA KILLER LOL SEE THAT SHOULD BE TOP ENTERTAINING STUFF 😂.

One, a Vanquish 440. Happy with it, so won't be adding any more. Tired of being a pack rat lol.
