Join me on my treadmill virtual run doing the the Great North 10K run 2023! A completely different route from 2022 (see my video from last year also!). It now takes the same route as the great North run until in turns around after the Tyne Bridge.

Big fan! His vids have kept me on my treadmill and helped me lose 100 pounds. Love his empty country and marathon vids, not so much the citified ones, (and I wish he'd stop running AT sheep and THROUGH cemeteries) but the only other minor complaint I have is that I need a smaller T shirt size and it appears the site is temporarily out of t shirts! I love and support this channel and so should anyone watching and taking advantage of the many health benefits regular fitness can bring. Support Dr. Howey!
