Traxxas Spartan on 8s, Oxidean Motor/ Esc Combo 200Amp 1650Kv 6 Pole.
Took the Traxxas Spartan out after being neglected sitting on the shelf.
It's been a long time coming to put a 8s setup in this boat. It doesn't really need more power, but the idea was adding weight with heavy 4s twin batteries since it's such a nose lite boat.
Unfortunately the heavy winds were against me all day, but regardless, we had fun & I found a new spot to run my boats! Plus taking the kids to the park is always fun for them.

I agree! Glad I found a spot that's not too far from home, and a Little Pier to setup on.
Why don’t you set your esc to hit low voltage where you want and run it till?

That esc has 3 settings low, medium and high. It doesn't show voltage. So I run medium to be safe.
