I’ve seen the Mochas in person. I didnt get Travis vibes from it. It is it’s own animal

Fortunate to have both, I prefer the Travis but can’t go wrong with the mocha at all a very solid shoe.

i’d go travis simply just because it’s more brown and i love brown. that’s the only reason.

I can definitely see the Dark Mocha becoming one of thoese jordan 1's that are a lot of peoples favorites. Just like Shadows and Shattered Backboards are.

I prefer the look of the mocha wrapping all the way around the shoe, because I think it plays better with different lace colors. I also like the longer suede on the TS. But I think I like the original detailing better. The TS detailing is attractive, but yeah, kind of gimmicky/hypebeasty. As a poor (wo)man, I am supremely grateful to have gotten the version made especially for me and am not gonna complain about anything sneakers-related for the rest of the year lmao.

I came here just to see if they were the same brown color. I put the Mochas next to my Travs and saw that the brown was a little bit different and started doubting my Travs lol.

Price on the Mocha's Sky Rocketing. I got mine for $300 a couple days after release off the local FB group. That's the best place to buy\sell, avoid the Stockx and GOAT fees, taxes, and shipping. I was bummed paying $300 but they're going for $450 now in my size 11. They only came out a couple months ago which tells you these Mocha's will be $600+ by the end of 2021. The quality on my pair is fire but I've never inspected a TS1 in person.

I never knew about that stash pocket lol. The mocha is a little bit more lighter brown. Like it has more gray in the brown than the Travis Scott.

Do you think the price goes down or up now that the mocha is out, what will that mean for the Travis Scott value?

What do you think the resell on this, will they go up or stay at its price ?

J1 Mocha is way better, the J1 Travis is more on hype. Just look at the design's detail. Sadly, it's hard to cop J1 especially with the limited release.

I'm Not a Fan of Brown Anyways so both are a drop for me but I've Seen both on feet and actually prefer the Mocha I Love the Chicago Colorblocking but I think the Brown works better with the Black Toe inspired Colorblocking

When I first saw the Travis’ I didn’t know what they were or anything but I immediately thought that they were sick because of how unique they were. The mocha’s are meh for me, they’re ok but I really hate the black on it

I think the Travis Scott’s are overrated. They’re unique- which caused the hype- so I can see why some people like them. The Shadow is my go to Jordan but I would definitely wear the Mochas over the TS. I haven’t had good luck with suede on shoes though, I’d pay retail for Mochas if my size was available but I wouldn’t even pay retail for the TS. Jordan 1s are my go to sneakers but I get turned off by overly hyped products. Great content in your videos!

This is true, but in terms of design alone, I definitely prefer the Dark Mochas.

me personally: I really hate the mocha color blocking. IMO If I get a shoe that is supposed to be brown it should look brown from all angles. From the front i just looks like a black and white jordan

My mochas comes with black white pink and dark green laces

Basically its a Black toe vs Chicago color blocking

The Mochas are very very nice but I wish they’d spent £3-5 more on some nicer leather

Yeah, you're talking about a quarter of the price at the most! I love it, the Travis I truly love but I'm not about to throw 2gs for 1 pair. You could have about 6 pairs of Mocha's. Hypebeasts will always take the Travis. I love both, but if I had bread I would take the Travis all day!

Buy a good suede water repellent spray and Rock'em!, water doesn't afftect the suede on a rainy days! BTW sneaker heads fyi, Suede needs to breath to stay soft, if you want to main it's integrity regarding the soft movement of the suede do not keep them in a box and wear them. Remember Suede & Leather are breathable materials if you don't use them and condition them it will start to break down over time. Peace..
