The education level of Indians cannot be compared to that of Japanese people, and this is the biggest gap. The cleanliness issue you mentioned is not so important. Once Indians awaken, it will quickly improve.

Second we have almost everyone educated only issue is you guys think working with Hindi or Telugu is not considered educated. 3rd cleanliness is an issue for which modi launched swacch Bharat abhiyan slowly we will get there.

@@bhupeshkumar2537 日本の新幹線を紹介してくださる事はとてもうれいし事ですが、最初の方がコメントした通り最低限のマナーは必要ですよ。 デッキなら問題ないですが、座席で撮影する際は、口元にマイクを近付けて小声で話したり、動画撮影した後に音声を入れたりした方が良いと思います。 ワーク車両なら、小声でのWeb会議通話等可能です。もしくは個室ワーキングスペースもあるのでそちらを利用すれば問題ないと思います。
