Afghanistan is a tribal society, every tribe have their own regions and other tribes can't own lands in their territory. Gujjar people are found in Kunar and Nuristan mountains, but they don't have their own lands. They pay to the local tribes for grazing their herds.

​@@manitZvlogs7007 The Gujjars of Afghanistan or Northern Pakistan look different than those in India because the ones in India are mixed with the local population thus showing a more Indian look while some of the Gujjars of Swat and Afghanistan have a Pashtun look even the Gujjars of Pakistani Punjab look different then those of Northern Pak and Afg.
