Traveling by High Speed Train from Jeddah to Medina! 🇸🇦
Looking for a unique way to travel in Saudi Arabia? Since end of 2018 there is a bullet train in Saudi 🇸🇦 running between Mecca and Jeddah and Jeddah and Medina. When I heard about it when traveling in Saudi Arabia I got really excited and booked a train ticket from Jeddah to visit Medina.
The online booking process is very easy, the check-in and ride just as smooth, as was the arrival. I sincerely liked the experience of traveling from Jeddah to Medina by high speed train and I would recommend it to anyone. In my vlog you can see everything about my experience and my tips about the booking process, the prices, economy, business, cafeteria on board and my arrival in Medina.
Want to book a train ticket directly then go to the Haramain website: sar.hhr.sa/travel/guidelines/...

Excellent! ‘Short and to the point’. Succinct!
Nice and informative video brother.
anything less than 1000kms is actually faster with highspeed trains! i ride the train from Beijing to Shanghai (about 1200kms) under 4.5hrs... considering doing all the security checks, flights delays and all makes flights slower with that distance, not to mention getting to the airport takes longer too, cus most train stations are inside the city, easy to get to. video is really cool btw 👍
Thanks for showing positive on KSA
Thanks for the share. Take care of yourself.
The tracks were built by China, they did an amazing job building this train to run through the desert.

Hi I came across to your channel here, actually I searched it. May I have a question? So, if I land in Jeddah (jeddah airport), can I just walk into the train station? I mean, are these two places are in the same area? I am travelling to Madinah but I need to get a train from Jeddah to Madinah. Thanks in advance for your help.
Are males and females to be seated separately in this train or are you able to sit with you family ?
I think there is a limit on the weight that you bring
May i know, that is economy or business class?

Nope. For larger size than specified they will charge $11 per piece and put them on other train which may arrive either same day or next day and you go to station again and pick them up. It just happened to my daughter family 2 weeks back. Some supervisors on duty are very strict.

Where are you from
I’m from the Caribbean and I know that it is incredibly offensive to use your pointing finger the way you did at the airport, in fact is tell you not to do that in places like NYC or in Jamaican as it would likely cause trouble for you. I’m not Muslim but I’d be very uncomfortable as a woman to have a man hovering his camera around a room with me in the background and I know I’m SAUDIA Arabia specially they do not like KZreadrs doing that, women are not to be randomly filmed like that…. So be mindful for those planning to visit, otherwise the information in the video was useful.
Sadly the website is absolutely horrible!!! crashes all the time and never works. I have been trying to book tickets for a week now but nothing works! the app or the website!!! If anyone has a better idea on how to book train tickets please do share!

I come from China. This railway was built in China, but the train was made in Spain. Because Spain won the bid, but they didn't have relative desert construction technology, they subcontracted it to China. We lost 4 billion and the Saudi "thank you money" on this route! Thank God, we are a nation that is good at learning, and it is estimated that this will not happen again in the future.😂😂😂😂
