Who the hell is Ironhead Sally? Well here's my channel description:
Old School Bikes and Old School Ways! Ride hard, wrench a lot, and always having a blast.
Bike camping, wrenching, and shenanigans. My husband and I create motorcycle content for people that are tired of seeing all of the fake insta accounts of sponsored boring yuppies. Here's some realness, we are just broke bikers living the low life and getting by. I ride a 1985 Ironhead Chopper as my daily, my touring bike is a 1984 FXR. We have lots of Ironheads and FXRs and are constantly building more, trying to keep these old neglected scoots on the road instead of rotting away in a garage.
Appreciate all the love & support

The rich don't pay and they love them. To get out of paying income tax Elon Musk while working for Tesla gets paid in Stock Options. He then takes out a loan against the stock options and instead of paying TAXES to the Federal Government he pays Interest to the bank. The bank gets the money instead of the government so then we have to borrow more money and your kids will pay Musk and all of his rich friends taxes though higher debt while the rich buy more houses, cars and yachts!

We had a simple bridge in South Louisiana and it took years and new contractors before it was finished . The drive around was only about 2 or 3 miles. Good luck to the Colorado folks.

2-3 mile detour is almost unheard of here in western Colorado. Most are a dead end where the construction is going on. Or when the i70 corridor is closed due to bad weather or an accident, it is easily a 4 hour detour 🤦🏼‍♂️ it sucks, but beats living in any city with more than 7,000 people 😎 I always try to take the adventure bike out when I need to take my own detour because of construction. It makes for better timing than riding my Harley or taking the 4 wheeled box lol. Ride safe out there. Keep an eye out for the wildlife... Antelope are the fastest animal here and much harder to spot than a deer, elk, or bear 💯

If time is not an issue then the Million Dollar Highway is a great option, north up to Montrose, u can still go east on 50 and still see the Black Canyon Park as well as Blue Mesa Dam. Take hwy 92 up around and it’ll spit u back out on hwy 50 towards Delta, or u could go up over the Grand Mesa, would be some epic views!

Some of the roads that are open are ridiculous. They're going to be doing this everywhere, pretty much making the wild areas inaccessible. A push toward the smart cities. 'smart growth". Get everyone off the rural lands. It's part of agenda 21/2030. It's all documented.

I live in Memphis TN where I-40 crosses the Mississippi River. This bridge was supposed to be checked by drones periodically. It was discovered a few years ago that the person who was performing these tests had not been performed. When the bridge was finally checked, a major crack was found in the. bridge . Thank God it was discovered and repaired before a major incident.

  • @SaddleTrampTV

I hate it when that happens. One of my all time favorite roads to travel on the bike is Hwy 90 from Mississippi to Louisiana. But more than a year ago they closed the bridge just before Slidell, and now the only back way into Slidell from where I am is a grouling 3 hour detour or a 45 minute trip down the interstate. When Mississippi closes a bridge, it's down for no more than 4 to 5 weeks or a month or two. When Louisiana closes a bridge, it's 5 to 6 years for the politicians to get their pockets lined before they take any real action.

My gosh, Sally, I’m so sorry for that trouble. This happening may have to do with the fact that not even two weeks ago they found a huge crack in a damn near Panguitch Utah, they have worn everybody to get their things and be ready to bail out at a moments notice they are on high alert . Now they want to check all the dams. Sally, you know all the trucking companies are going to pass the cost of the detour to the customers you have to. Everyone is going to do it. I wish you the best of luck.

Oh no! A dam is a way bigger deal than a bridge, thats some scary stuff happening with our infrastructure!! For our personal customers we can try to raise our ur prices, but with brokers running alot of the shows, they are already arguing with me about raising prices cuz it cuts into their bottom line for sitting on their ass and collecting money doing nothing! 😡💸 the system is meant to benefit those that dont do the work.

When Kebler ans cottonwood pass opens up for the summer that will defiantly help the summer campers and stuff and locals get in. But that means were going to see the typical out of state idiots going over kebler and cottonwood unprepared or trying to drive or take things that aren’t ment for high mountain pass roads. Guarentee there gunna be full dressers and stuff trying to take them high mtn pass roads. I wanna find another way, theres got to be a way in from the black mesa. Soap creek maybe?

Speed of gov't. A farmer with a welder and some plate steel could fix that crack in a day. People in my little town , LC, were all freaked out about the ''inconvenience''...Sapinaro Cut off is open now...one way, then the other. What a joke.

I probably rode passed y'all on this day 😎 Also, thanks to the tourists that spend money out here. Lots of residents in this state and this area specifically has a local saying... "Welcome to Colorado. You saw it. Now leave". Also another one that hits the nail on the head is "Colorado. Home of monuments, mesas, and meth". Many people don't realize the effect of road closures like this does to a small town in Colorado. Specifically the extra 4 hours it takes for vehicles to go around when i70 is closed at Eisenhower tunnel, Vail pass, or Glenwood canyon. 5-6 hours for semi-trucks. Bad weather not included... I hope more people see this video and decide to not visit western Colorado 🙏 wishful thinking 🤣 Ride safe

Afternoon. Unfortunately for you, I’m just an old man reeled in by the algorithm, and not Pete B. If your representative is a cartoon clown who has spent their millions in staff funding on PR flacks, you are going to have trouble communicating and acquiring help. For all intents and purposes it looks as though you have been turned into a semi-wilderness area. Not funny. Are there ranches in your area? If I were you, I would use your computer skills to send links to your video and the tag-along video from the news station all over Washington, D.C. and your state capital. Thanks for the video. Good Luck and take care.
