I just came back from Golfito 🇨🇷 over NYE for a surf/yoga trip. AMAZING! Most likely I won’t make this trip Kristen but I do plan on moving to Italy, so please I hope you have more of these. I have been following you for a while. You have such outstanding information. Thank you!

By any chance was it Surf With Amigas? I took a trip last year to the same location! It was near Pavones and Punta Blanco. Breathtakingly beautiful and amazing memories.

Yes it was! We were in Pavones at the jungle retreat. I think my amygdala is still overflowing from that trip, and I’ve been back for over a month! I loved every second of it. I was so impressed with every facet of that trip and the women who ran it. This was a dream of mine to learn to surf with Holly Beck for over 13 years so this was a huge deal for me. I had seen an episode of House Hunters where Holly Beck and a friend were looking for a house in Nicaragua to open a surf school. (my memory told me it was a 60 minutes episode but Jackie confirmed that that was incorrect. Lol!) Nevertheless, when I saw the piece oh-so-many-years ago, I was like, “now those are two chicks I’d love to hang out with.” I was so happy to see that she had expanded to so many different countries. I’ll definitely do another one. Would love to do Portugal. In the meantime, I’m gonna do the white water river rafting in California. How incredibly cool that you did the trip too. how did you like the southern part of Costa Rica?🇨🇷 How did you do in the jungle? The jungle is no joke. I loved it but wow…🤩 What an amazing experience on so many levels.

Amazing Kristin! Costa Rica is very special to me too. We have been there over a dozen times it’s one of those places (just like Italy for me too) that somehow always feel like home.

Last time I went I stayed in Quepos and took a 3-4 hour drive from San Jose. The driver stopped at many places to let us experience the sites. Manuel Antonio state park is there and we hired a guide. What a great park. My vacation plans are already set for Thailand and the Philippines in December but I’ll keep and eye on your future events. BTW loved the podcast with Ruby Rose and I have been enjoying their build and now possession of Ruby Rose 2.

I haven’t left the states since coming home from a deployment. 8 yrs ago I never been on a vacation and I need a permanent one . I’m tired of the cold in Boston one of my brothers was Costa Rica he spoke about it all the time . I might have to check it out

@@TravelingwithKristin it sounds good . I spent almost 10yrs in the desert. When I came home I didn’t even recognize it . I just wanted to run . It’s weird just too many people not used to it now but I still don’t like it . The only thing that kept me here was I live on Boston harbor and the sunrises are insane beautiful. When there a nor’easter the rough water. I must have taken a million pictures the 8yrs I been home . But I need your round beauty . Thank you for all the information ma’am . Tommy

I love Costa Rica. I've been there multiple times. I hope you go to the Arenal volcano and Manuel Antonio beach. I've heard the ziplines are fun but I never had a chance to go there.

Please don't go hi was just there hi spend 3 weeks in Costa Rica!!it no Worth the money the people are very very very poorly taken care of and the restaurants are not great!!?the service in restaurants including tips and plus the waiter when is making your bill is asking you for more tips is crazy don't go is a total descrace!!!! Sorry for the people in Costa Rica !!! Pura vida is not Pura vida.
