Trauma Release Exercise with Dr. David Berceli at Trauma Release and Wellness Centre

TRE Session with Dr. David Berceli.
Dr. David Berceli is the creator of the unique and innovative series of TRE® -Trauma Releasing Exercises, that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.
TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance and homeostasis.

Late to the party, but I just discovered this today. I did it three times today with the last lasting 50 minutes. What an incredible experience and so cool to see the body rewire, loosen, and heal itself. I’ll be adding this to my self care routine. Thank you 💕

Me too and it looks interesting. But. but am i supposed to make myself stiff and cause trembling? Doing that causes my back muscles to charley-horse and harden up and it is unbearable pain! Why should i make this stiffness happen?

I ended up doing this for around 2.5-3 hours. Unintentionally, and not sure if that’s recommended-probably not. But it took a while for me to tremor enough for it to migrate to other parts of my body. Once it did oh my goodness. It was like I was a puppet and my strings were being pulled every which way. I have extreme muscle tension in my neck and traps all the time for many years and this is the first thing I’ve found to make a significant difference the first time trying it. My body moved in ways I couldn’t even imagine and found the perfect spots to release the tension. Definitely have a bit of a headache now but can’t believe how well that worked. I will be doing this as often as I can. Thank you so much for posting a full video on it!

I am here to reveal how to move the tremors up your body! You must allow them to travel by shifting your focus to that area and allowing it to leave the other... Example close your eyes as you focus on your right hand then shift to the left observing your ability to shift awareness from one to the other exclusively.. All the love.

I quickly learned how to get my body to shake without much effort, it would happen a lot during myofascia fashion release sessions - it’s now been about 8 months and I’m still experiencing impromptu shaking, which I can control and calm. I’m just curious if it’s better for me to allow it to happen and work itself out or instead soothe and calm my nerves override this to let my body know it’s ok and we don’t need to shake anymore there’s no danger. I’d love your advice to apply to my healing journey- kindly thank you

You absolutely should try this. When the shaking starts to subside that's how you know you are receiving a release of the trauma and you will start to feel a lot better. Regular sessions of doing this will get you to a point where everything will be released. The more shaking you do in the beginning just means there's a lot to release. Good luck I hope that you move forward to do this because you will be so happy with how you feel afterwards each and every time. Let this be your sign if you have not already started to just do it, I promise you as a fellow spiritual soul you will not be disappointed. Good luck I wish you wonderful release so that you can feel like the beautiful soul that you are.❤️

I read all the comments and feel like there is something wrong with me. I experienced absolutely nothing, no tremors, nothing at all. I was patient. I waited in the first pose for over 5 minutes but still nothing. I tried the knee-closing pose an inch at a time for 15 minutes, nothing. What am I doing wrong?

If this releases trauma then this should release bound up fascia in the body, right? Same as myofascial trauma release I'm guessing?

What if you get brain zaps from anxiety where you feel your whole body shake internally from time to time.

Is this deliberate or uncontrollable shaking? Is this the outcome of severe trauma from his sports activities. Never saw anything like this before.

Is there something to explain this? I have to clench all my muscles in order to make them tremble? Every muscle will cramp painfully if i do that. He is purposely shaking his muscles ? I must have missed something.
