Trash To Treasure - Casting Worlds Largest Pirate Coin From Scrap - ASMR Metal Melting - BigStackD

Ойын-сауық

Ok guys today i cast a monster coin of my favorite design from the Monkey Island Series. Its pretty straight forward but it took me 3 goes to get it right so hopefully you enjoy the video today and i hope you all have a great weekend .I constantly get emails from people who want to help support the channel and how can they without donating so i tell them they simply can just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out alot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻and like I always say if you like the rings shown and used in this video be sure to check out the description where you can get 20% off the already discounted rings using my code and if you want to try your hand at melting yourself you can buy the burner on its own or the whole furnace set up and I can organize a 5% link for you off the total furnace price just email me on bigstackddddd@mail.com 😁👍🏻.

HOW TO MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it??????.
****************************************************
STEEL FOR MY FRIEND
I keep all my steel and cast iron pieces and I give them to my friend and once he gets about a tonne from me and his own collecting he takes that to the scrapyard and sells it then he buys some beer and comes over to my house and we make a night of it.
No My friend doesn’t have a KZread channel he just scraps metal in his spare time.

Hello again my sensational subs You guys are awesome thanks for watching and for your continued support👊🏻 I hope you all are Happy healthy and well. I got quite a few more comments and emails again this week about how people can support the channel if I don’t have Merch or Patreon so like I said in previous pinned comments simply allowing one or more ads to play through brings revenue in for the channel and that’s how I get paid but don’t ever think you need to watch the ads as I know how busy everyone is . or easily let One of my playlists play on your computer when you’re away from it , more revenue means more giveaways , Sorry if I sound like a broken record but a lot of people generally have no idea that half the ad revenue goes to the creators. thanks again you guys an gals rock 🤘🏻!

FUN FACT: That coin design is from a game called Curse of monkey Island, a pretty cool adventure game from ‘97. The coin represents the type of interaction you can make with all sorts of stuff. Hand means to interact with something physically like pick an object , the skull means to examine it and the parrot is to talk to someone/something. When i first watched a couple of his casting and i saw that coin design i immediately recognized it. Not alot of people know about the game but its a classic none the less. edit: I LOVE UR CASTING, ITS SO RELAXING TO WATCH. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Much love from ur neighbour NZ 🇳🇿

Ive actually just started watching your videos and ill sit here for hours watching them. How much harder is it going to an open flame smelter from electric? By this, I mean the melt times and temperatures. Thanks for the great videos and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Maybe he could get their pawprints in the sand and cast little pawprint coins? It could be something nice to give away to the Ingot & Bullion fans. ;)

Loving this!! I was seconds away from buying the same forge you have and it hit me...I’m in 🇨🇦...it’s winter...it makes a lot of fumes 😑. I don’t want to have my garage door open that long at -35. I will live vicariously through you and get one in the spring! It will be a summer hobby. Thanks for the vid! Love your frenchies!✌🏼
