I honestly cried my eyes out half of the sermon on 1130 Sunday service. When he said "I feel like I am speaking to someone" I cried more. God uses Pastor to really be in tune with holy spirit!!!

We all are trap in some type of transition I'm in homestead FL bad storm just went by. I'm in a RV. And I was not scared. I'm looking for a place I can afford even if I leave FL. Me and my animals doggy and Kitty. I'm asking God for help to leave or find a place. You be ok be strong.❤

Yes! That was POWERFUL! I AM IN TRANSITION AND IM FINALLY MORE AFRAID TO STAY PARALYZED, THEN TO LET ALL THE EXCUSES, RESENTMENTS, PAIN, ADDICTIONS, FEARS, ALL THAT NO LONGER SERVES ME,...GO. FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL. The compassion that Pastor Steven has for us is overwhelmingly beautiful. Lord, you have been so patient with me in this TRANSITION. I'm going on 4 years, just since I've found you again, and my body is tired, but my feet are fitted in readiness that comes with the Gospel of Peace. Thank you for leading me to Elevation Church and speaking through Pastor Stephan and Pastor Holly for those of us that are learning to walk with YOU, during TRANSITION. ALL GLORY IS YOURS LORD!!!!

I wish I could fine someone within the elevation church that likes animals. Over 50 I'm trying but feel lonely sometimes. Pray for me to forget and move on❤

I am so glad that I stumbled onto Elevation Church. I've been listening almost non-stop ever since. Thank you for everyone involved.

Transition is hard. You are going to have to choose to kling to something that is new and uncomfortable. You can not take hold of the new while you have a death grip of the old. New situations with old habits will tear you apart. I needed to hear this. It gave me a new determination. God put me where I am and he knows this is hard. He is waiting for me to let go of the old heartache so he can fill my life with new.....everything.!

To Anyone who needs to hear this: God loves you, he cares for you no matter what you are going through. Remember, God knows how it’s all gonna end for you, just let him do the fighting, you need only to be still. I have anxiety and I struggle daily with doubts, fear, guilt, worry ETC. Amen. I am in the midst of a 23 + month health issue that has been confusing. And I feel God leading me - but not sure where. For any type of transition to occur it would be all glory to God because my physical strength is weak.

Two years ago Pastor Furtick changed my life with God's word and his sermon on Naming Rights. Call it something different. It was the start of a long transition for me. I have felt trapped and kept seeking God. Yesterday, I was at the church to see him in person, to hear this message. I stayed for both services. I received so much from this sermon. I am grateful that God has used this man to give me his word. Witty, funny, and real! I love what God has done and I am so grateful that even when the transition is painful, he's still there holding my hand like Peter held the hand of this man. The Elevation gift shop got me on the way out but it was worth it! Thank you Pastor

You don't have to wait to get thru it; you can get it right in the middle of it! Gloooory to God!

Favourite part of the message: The key to knowing the difference between God's plan and my plan is to go to Gethsemane... The place of transition. I pray God gives me the Grace to put aside my desire for comfort and the Grace to embrace HIS plans for me. Jeremiah 29v11 becomes clear in transition.

Transition plus spiritual warfare plus no friends at all and am 22 in college Christianity is not as easy sometimes as it looks but definitely worth it❤

Father God, please forgive me for my lack of faith during my changes. These chains that I have gotten into have been holding me back from my transition. I'm ready for my transition now. Please free me from my chains! In Jesus name I pray, Amen!

In early recovery from heroin, cocaine, valium, alcohol addictions... all while nursing a seriously broken heart from a failed relationship and God's really speaking to me thru this word. Iv had small lapses due to my own impatience, not knowing what I'm to do with my life now I'm not using drugs.. but it's clear, I just need to focus on staying physically healthy, keep my sobriety & God WILL bless in his own good time. I'm definitely in transition and sometimes wanna run nevermind walk, while in reality I'm still learning to stand up. Give me strength to recognise when I'm in a peeped of transition Lord & point me towards where you want me to be.. AMEN.🙏

What you cling to will either separate you from God. Or lead you closer to the calling that He has placed on your life. In transition is where you make this decision. Recently released from prison having been cleansed from pornography with the new freedom there was the greatest temptation to cling to the old habits. And because God gave me a Peter and a John to cling to in the transition. The temptation was overcome by THE NAME AND THE POWER AND THE AUTHORITY that I now have in The Lord Jesus Christ. This message rings with truth and through practical application any who employ it will see victory in their transition.

Your life doesn't have to be perfect for God to bless YOU. He is gonna bless you anyway. Hallelujah 🙏😇🙏

"Some people don't want to ENDURE the process...." It's crazy. Before listening to this sermon, earlier in the day God was speaking to me and was saying that I need to endure this season that I'm in. As the sermon started and Steven began to speak my mind started racing because I wanted to remember the one word God gave me this morning. Steven hit every nail on the head about what God was speaking to me JUST this morning. I'm learning that God is always speaking to us trying to answer our questions and concerns and if we can just take the time to spend time with him he unveil beautiful and healing things for our souls!

Yes and part of enduring requires patience. Some of us need to learn patience so we can trust in what He has for us, rather than move forward at our lightning pace to do what we want on our own. This is me in transition right now. 2 weeks into the pile of poop.....

I am not sure if this pastor actually reads any of this or just has people to do this for him but, if he could know the real story I have to tell and the grace I have experienced after beginning to truly follow the Lord through this Pastor’s words it would be awesome. This particular sermon left me speechless and in tears. It hit me at a pinnacle in my life. On the right day at the right time. Not sure when this was live but it brought life to me.

All my life I’ve lived with insecurity. God has changed so much in my life. The devil keeps bringing things into my world to bring that insecurity back. This helped me I hear gods voice telling me I’m in control it’s time to grow and let go of fear and insecurities and hold my hand with faith. ❤️🙏

Some of the greatest things God will do in your day will not be on your calendar

Yes, this sermon is for me. I am in transition. I got my God back, but learned he never left. Got my faith back and leatned how to accept his way and will. For the first time in my life i am speaking my truth. It took my voice for the better part of 4 months. I lost weight, and i was terrified. But he healed me and continues to work miracles within me. 🙏

Transition is what I need right now to enter into a new chapter of my life and into this New Year 2020. I have to let go of my past and press forward for the prize of the high calling of my King and God.

Pastor Steven, I only wish I had caught this sermon 5 mths ago. I am so glad to have listened to this today. I am a little over 5mths clean from drugs and alcohol and it's not my first time in recovery. I've somehow lost my faith along the way. I've been really struggling with " the transition ". Every external thing/person is really affecting me. I suffer from mental illness as well, and I feel I have reached my breaking point. I dont want to go back to drugs and I dont want to die. I pray and I pray and I pray for God to make me stronger, but it's only getting worse. So I just want to THANK YOU, for making sense of it all without all the torture of External hindrances. Maybe like me, you lost faith in yourself because battles in recovery are very hard-faith in God & His Son Jesus is separate so let’s be encouraged in Him. Even tho at times we will still get discouraged with ourself. 🙏❤️‍🩹

I kno the Lord has a plan for me , people have stepped over me since I was a little girl , I’m 34 years old and I know what I’ve seen and been through , my three children and I will praise the lord together one day together on a stage at my house that the lord blessed me with , I’m free !! I am poor but I am RICH IN SPIRIT I KNOW I AM HIS DAUGHTER HE HELD MY HANDS AND TOLD ME SO PRAISE GOD I DO NOT FEAR ANYMORE 1987 80s babies stand end for a revolution. We will not be lied to ANYMORE I quit Brujeria !!! After practicing since 5th grade secretly my whole life . Exploding with emotion and excitement over God's words is not something to ever apologize for or change. The issue lies with the person who takes issue with it.

Let's do God's will and praise him and glorify him everything put him first others next and yourself last

that's because that's where lesser known ministers get their material - from popular ministers. It's nothing more.

One thing that a church pastor I've been to used to say, "God may not always be present when we want Him to, but He always comes on time."

I am a man with cerebral palsy. People ask why I don't normally go up for healing prayer and this is a perfect example of what I try to convey!

Yep... This dude was speaking to me straight up. God DEFINITELY delivered this video to me, it's strange that this Pastor started showing up in my recommendations just a couple days after praying to God to give me some wisdom and insight as to what's going on in my life. 🙏

Neither caught in my sin, but neither in the freedom Jesus offers. Yes Steven, I need the push, the vision, to see what I could be fully in Christ Jesus. To live in abundant life, from dream to reality. Thank You Steven, such a great word, I have a new respect for my mess, how else can I have empathy for someone else's mess. As I change, I can offer hope for someone else's change.

I have been asking God for clarity in this season because the battle has just been intensifying in the transition.. I now see that though my outward seems to be ready there are DEFINITELY some old mindsets that I need to take back to the cross and leave there.. May the Lord continue to bless this ministry. I've worked in restaurants and I would like everyone to stop this popular opinion that waiting tables is a form of charity. They make easily 10% across the board plus wages. Waiting tables is a choice and an art that if you are good at you will expect 20%. Give charity to people on the streets, not people who made a conscious choice to work in a place that feeds them for free. It's not a pity party to dine out. 10% is standard.

Watching from Kenya, I wish you know how much you have helped me by your sermons, I was in depression, hopeless but I feel like a new born now in just one week. May God bless you and your family

God knows!!! I am in a transitional period in my life. God gave me a word two years ago. I would start the walk with him but get distracted, get off course, fall short. There was little change. Last year I made a decision to move forward. This year my life has been constant changes and transitions. I believe God told me to leave my current city and move to another. Yet, I am stuck in my current city. My family and I were leaving this weekend. We didn't.

This is SO Phenomenal I am Definitely "STUCK IN SOMETHING" MY husband passed in 2/2022 unexpectedly, we hadn't been in a good place in our marriage for years, I had prayed for years for God's guidance and healing, for my husband and his issues and addictions, for his inner demons and our marriage, one way or the other, I asked God...please just tell me what you want me to do, " one way or another, just tell me your will, Not my will..." And then it happened, But Now What?? I'm still Wondering, NOW what???

Guys, my story is now where ON TARGET, transition. Chronic pain patient advocate, educator, returning to leading our families in Alberta from B. C. I've not told them I'm back as they were so broken I left. God of ALL GLORY BRING ME THROUGH THIS WITH YOUR ORIGINAL COMMISSIONING PASTOR TO COME OUT FOCUSED ON SHOWING THEM JESUS, DEPENDANT ON THE SPIRIT FOR THEIR OWN COMFORT AND LOVE, HIS PROVISION.❤️🕊💙🇺🇲🙏🇨🇦

16:20: "you used to get high on a substance but now you're trying to connect to Christ." This is me. I've been trying to turn my spirit away from substances and towards Jesus, but it's been the hardest transition I've ever had to endure. But I just learned today that I'm going to be an uncle! God has blessed me even though I wasn't at my spot yet. Thank you Steven and thank you God for bringing me out of my darkest place!

Maximize the singleness. Don’t let people define your relationship with God. Depression doesn’t define me. It’s time to learn to accept myself. What God has is good. Waite for God to do it His way.

as a depression survivor this was needed. surviving it was my gift, the transition myself and my family are going through right now is a skill we are learning and growing through and we are letting go of the pain of the past and are back in church clinging to the cross. it is painful but we are here, i am still standing and we are growing

Proverbs 15:23 For sure!!!!! I hardly ever write comments but this sermon hit home for me!!!

The difference between change and transition: Change - A difference that happens to you externally by outside circumstances or unforeseen conditions Transition - An internal, psychological event that causes a differences in behavior

This message is for me. My pastor has talked to me about doing more as a youth minister. He is adding more responsibility to me as a minister. I am officiating my first funeral and I noticed that doors are opening all around me to do more, to give more and I see this is all about transitioning to another level

Jesus is the Lord!!!!!

I went through one transition which ended three years ago. Now God is taking me through another transition. I am transitioning now from being in a traditional Church which is the United Methodist Church. I was a pastor in those churches and now I am transitioning to the more modern Outlook of a church. And that church is the one that you all show me every Sunday and during the week as I catch up with what Pastor Steven is preaching.

Pastor if I never heard you preach another message this would be enough.

Need a clip of this, it's great: Transition takes time, and change happens suddenly. And to be trapped in transition is to be waiting for your mind to catch up with the transformation that's already happened in your life.

God loves me, & the devil hates me for it!

"If you are being tested, you are in transition!...the greatest oil of anointing comes in the place of greatest transition 🙌!" My soul needed this message right now in my testing. THANK YOU LORD!!!

OMG . TAlk about a KIROS moment ! . Was sitting at my kitchen table balling 😢😥😭 , questioning God if I heard right about retiring early , selling my house .. My friend left , she reminded me of the faith I had when I made these vital and life altering decisions .. Yet here I am questioning in anxiety? Fear ? Worry ? ..... And i came across this message . as if God penned it JUST FOR ME . Thank you pastor 1, 000 times thank you 🙌🏻🙌🏻

She should stick with the same souvenir type every time she gets a souvenir . A fridge magnet or pins are both small so many of those don’t take up a lot of space but they are big memories when she sees them^^
