You did a great job keeping ahead of the train to capture some very memorable arrivals/exits at multiple stations. It must have taken a lot of planning - terrific video. Thanks.

Personally if I had paid to be in the lounge car I would want it to be marshalled at the steam loco end for the climb as it was on one but not both days. Turning at Clarence Colliery turns the whole train short but is it really beyond arranging to turn the whole train again at the Sydenham / Tempe triangle?

I was on the Blue Mountains Flyer that day. By the way, did you travel on a V Set on a normal Blue Mountains Line passenger service that passes the Blue Mountains Flyer steam train at Valley Heights in order to catch up to the steam train at Mount Victoria and also Blacktown (through a V Set that raced pass the steam train when running between St Marys and Blacktown), or did you drive there?

@@transportforsydneyvlogs7258 yeah, I still enjoyed it. I will admit I was a bit worried at times because it got rescheduled from September 2023, but in the end, it still went ahead and I still got the opportunity for the Blue Mountains Flyer and also the Zig Zag Railway.
