"На страже Мира" is a Soviet march composed by Boris Diev. It is used by former-Soviet nations and many break-away states such as Transnistria (Pridnestrovia).

Yup! It's a Soviet march, but multiple countries including Transnistria use it
Transnistria is a Romanian colonial name. The correct name of this unrecognized country is Nistrénia.

Nistrenia - it's in Romanian and Moldavian. In English it's Pridnestrovie.
