🤯Idk who is struggling with this but I just spent 5 hrs stuck to the screen, from 7am-12:30pm, feeling like the Big Bang is happening within my body but on a loop, and without actually happening. Thank you, I needed this advice. I’m 3 and a half weeks in and I feel like I’m ready to explode more and more each day. The urge has been getting stronger, my dreams seem to get more sexual and if it wasn’t for the meditation I’m sure I would have failed by now. I will definitely try the yoga and more breathing exercises. Something has to give because I can’t continue with this feeling of frustration. The trapped energy is getting unbearable. All these 7 Chakras are described & practised by Hindu Yogis for aeons. You may please come to me & I will teach it to you in full. It's ok if you don't accept my criticism.
