@@DonziGT230 Maybe I have to rewatch the case but I’m pretty sure Firestone said she needs a new transmission, they replaced the transmission, it’s working fine she’s not suing for it. 95% of the population has had a car make a sound or do something weird and when we take it to the shop they cant reproduce the problem. Plus I am 1000% sure that when she picked her car up, it wasn't fixed right and was still making that noise she would have said something.

Mark of someone who isn’t used to wearing a suit. They come in a box with a matching tie and pocket square (not handkerchief) but you’re not meant to wear both at the same time.

This is what happens when u go to multiple mechanics. No one can find the problem because too many people touched the car. Plaintiff was better off buying another car instead. Idk why this case was so long.

I'm not sure I believe her about the battery, because if it was brand new it would be under guarantee and in the letter from the other place it says she needs to renew her battery, so it wasn't new like she said! But by telling her bank the defendant fraudulently took her money, SHE was committing fraud, she seems like a very nasty person, she does a lot of talking but doesn't actually say anything of use...

The plaintiff speaks in circles. I’m 😵‍💫. She tries to use words “big” words that don’t make sense in the context of her statement.

My god! She was exhausting 😩

The shop did the job and provided a warranty, and she didn’t allow them to rectify any problems. It was too many hens in the kitchen, meaning too many mechanics under the hood, with too many opinions. I don’t believe they were trying to get over on her. She should have taken it back to them to make it right and go from there. The shop still put in a new transmission, so they were entitled to payment. Had she allowed them to try and rectify the issue they all would have been made whole.

This was the longest court case 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️

The plaintiff loved going around and around in circuses trying to answer such simple questions and just “wanted to explain” an explanation for your actions doesn’t change the actions you took! And the fact that she has already been to so many different mechanics to get each intricate part fixed on makes me think she’s trying to hustle these businesses to get the cheapest possible fix instead of addressing the whole issue and paying what it will actually cost her

I’m not a mechanic but I do work on cars. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about and is trying to get a free transmission.

I rember about 20 years ago, I worked for a cloud storage and media management start-up. We had a customer just like the plaintiff. Would complain about our service, but was still using a dial-up internet connection. He would literally call in every day, 3-5 times a day.

They should of replace clutch with bushing and or bearing.

Yeah the judge got this wrong, she doesn't understand what the second shop was saying about the pilot bushing. First shop should have replaced it.

Yeah we heard you for the 100th time. No need to say it over & over. And you're wrong, manual transmissions can wear out like any other parts of a vehicle. But majority of the time the clutch should be checked first. But to say a manual transmission can never wears out is assainine.

If anyone who works in customer service knows. People like the plaintiff should be fined just for talking THAT long going around in circles and being THAT unreasonable

I had a bad experience with Firestone, I don't fool with them.

The defendant was negligent, they only needed to change the pilot bearing but sold her an entire transmission.

When the plaintiff said she didn't have an opportunity to speak I laughed quite loudly. Lady, all you did was speak

She did 75% of the talking, loses, and whines ‘I didn’t get to say anything!!’ Everyone who loses says that- especially when the Judge has to keep telling them to stop talking because they drone on or interrupt everyone else

Loved the defendants! And Judge M's ruling was just.

Transmission places are rip off! Get another car yours is 20 yrs old!

Yup they automatically should of replaced bushing and clutch/ resurface flywheel. They said they checked it out lol😢

The plaintiff is long winded. The case was literally as long as her phone conversations and the fact she said she didn't get a chance to speak or present her evidence is funny 😂 she spoke 99% of the case

Lately all these cases are almost 40min long. Very nice

I think the judge missed the fact that her initial complaint was the clutch and she did have evidence of that. However she does talk a lot.

A standard/ manual transmission never goes bad. 99.9% of the time It's a clutch and clutch components.
