Translating Motion Graphs: Position, Velocity, and Acceleration - IB Physics
I explain how to translate motion graphs from position to velocity, velocity to position, velocity to acceleration, and acceleration to velocity. I show a few examples of stacked graphs where I translate between all 3 types of graphs. I use both the slope and the area under the curve to translate each graph.

For some reason it was incredibly difficult to find people that showed examples of the curves moving over the x axis. I was always thrown off when a position graph crossed the x-axis as I had initially assumed this would change the velocity from negative to positive. This has cleared up so much confusion. Thank you.
