Food systems concern the wide range of activities involved around food including production, aggregation, processing, distribution, consumption and disposal. The hospitality sector can have a real impact on the food system, and can make it more sustainable.
In this 1-hour webinar we will look at the different parts in the food system where the hospitality industry can have an influence on from production to consumption. Afterwards, participants will be able to identify actions for the planning, procurement, and management of food within their operations to improve overall impacts.
