Warden Exchange, a program of Prison Fellowship, began in 2013 with the mission to foster safer prisons and a more restorative justice system.
In 2023, Warden Exchange brought together in Ohio a group of wardens and correctional leaders to encourage one another and collaborate toward a healthier and more restorative culture within their prisons.
The Warden Exchange program is an online webinar series leading up to a 12-week residency in which wardens also attend in-person workshops.
Correctional leaders at the recent Warden Exchange event in Ohio felt heard and seen. As one attendee said, “It was an opportunity for me to really flourish. It really validated the work I was doing.”
