I just moved back home after 20 plus years living in dallas, tx.. atlanta...st. louis and Nashville. Detroit is doing it, its great to see my city.

From almost 80 stories to 60 stories to 46 stories. Pretty much will just blend in with the other buildings downtown. I believe it’s supposed to be completed in 2035 now.

It was going to be originally, but it will be 685 feet tall

Its going to be about 40 feet shorter than the Renaissance center. Original plans were for it to be higher but they downsized the plans. Thanks for watching.

49 is what i also heard. It originally was supposed to be higher but they downsized.

I wish art deco would come back. This will look dated in five years.
