fo that salsa cash couldve just threw green tomatoes, serrano peppers and 1 jalapeño pepper to boil with sum leaves then blend with cilantro the vegetables and herbs are the seasoning to the salsa maybe add a lil bit but you on need all dat seasoning

I slice the tongue across in big slices and then sear both sides and then put it in a CORN tortilla…..no cheese but if u do use cheese Queso Oaxaca is the way to go. Add a few more cloves of garlic to the salsa as well and maybe half or quarter of avocado and lime.

Not bad Cash. You would typically grill the tomatillos and the chiles straight on the fire from the stove and then blend them. Also typically corn tortillas are used over flour ones and yeah no cheese on the tacos but its just little small details
