Flight did his right your supposed to seat your Steak first with a little Oil you only flip it once and then you butter baste with your Aromatics and at least his was Medium to so his is already better than Cash’s

And you never sear a Steak in butter it’s burns to quickly and ruins the flavor and if simmer it like Cash did you have no color or sear or crust and it’s just a Poached Steak in Butter which is nasty and it’s turn yellow and golden as you saw and no Steak should ever be that color

This ain't how you cook steak. High heat pan without all that butter to get the crust, then add butter to baste it with the thyme/rosemary herbs.

A great cook can pretty much turn anything into a meal (of course meaning anything that is considered a food item). Using social media or commenting on one of your videos, have everyone suggest an ingredient. Then you must use the ingredient that is the most common suggested, or the one that stands out the most, to make the best meal you can.
