I can’t tell what’s worse: a Cybertronian that turns into a “toy” or the mere idea of a “toy” within the Toy Story universe. The worst thing is, both of these things are very possible within their own respected universes, Toy Story 4 basically confirmed that ANYTHING can be a toy that comes to life so long as you play with it.

I love that Optimus is characterized correctly in this. Also in case anyone didn’t know, he’s not named Optimus because of his Optimism, but rather because of a Latin word “Optimus” meaning “best”, and with Prime meaning something that’s really important, Optimus Prime literally means “The best and most important.”

I love it that is a younger Optimus voice being used here. You normally have in these fandubs for Transformers it be based off contemporary Cullen's voice, which with age has added that gravitas and seriousness to Prime's voice. Remember, G1 cartoon Prime was playing basketball and going to casinos to gamble

I love this voice for Optimus, and he seems lovably humble, like he genuinely cares for his troops, even if their names are just... wow!

What I'm most impressed with is the writing here. I feel like Optimus is totally in character throughout the entire video, which is rare in videos like this. Stretching the character for comedy is totally acceptable of course, but sticking to them so solidly is really remarkable I think

his name was originally supposed to be nexus prime or maximus prime but hasbro changed it to protect the prime name, then changed it again shortly afterwards after being told it was already in use, hasbro had done a search prior to the announcement but since their research was done with safesearch on they didn't know about the vibrator

I like to think Optimus and Megatron are both in on the joke and are mass-gaslighting everyone on both sides.

I love how bumblebee is just the movie version when everyone else is their g1 version

If anything, Optimus probably thinks the "butt" in "Buttplug" refers to the part of a firearm with that name. And therefore "Buttplug" to him would just mean "a lid that closes an opening on a firearm".

This sounds wayyyyyy closer to the original G1 Optimus voice than it does to the later voices.

Nothing wrong with Cock and Ball Torture's name so far as I'm concerned. When you need a break, he'll be there to bust you out of a jam. The kind of guy who goes balls deep and sound off. Really stretches you to your limit.

Friendly reminder that there’s an Autobot literally named “Erector.” On TF Wiki, the caption under his main picture says “maybe I should form a support group with Heave and Discharge.” And yes, there are Transformers with those names as well!

Here’s a question I would have for cliffjumper. You’ve been on earth for a while so it makes sense you would know the basics of human reproduction. Now why do you an alien robot know all these human terms unless you had an active interest in those things? You know what the worst part about that punchline at the end? You can tell 100% that Decepticon is a gestalt of two robots named Cock and Ball who merge together to become Cock and Ball Torture.
