    So I’m 15 right now, ever since I watched Iron man I’ve been like really fascinated with this type of stuff. Like it’s something I enjoy doing. So there’s a lake nearby my house and some people say there are alligators and all there, so i could use XIAO ESP32S3 for my submarine that I’ll make since it’s wifi enabled and has an SD option, I could explore and map the whole lake and shoot videos. I would include revival system for my submarine Incase it goes out of range and much more. maybe I would find an alligator or something interesting or maybe some treasure! But to be honest I don’t really know much about electronics or programming and all this, like with school I barely get time to actually have an understanding of this which would be so cool since I would be able to make anything I want. But as of now, I’m just a kid who wants to build cool stuff but doesn’t know how to. It would be really kind of u if u can tell me how u started with all this and learnt it. Thank you so much for reading this, I really like your videos and hope to see more coool projects!

If making an RC hotwheel isn’t hard enough, you made an FPV version and designed your own parts which has gotta be 5x harder than my project 🤯🤯🤯 And you did it within 1 1/2 months??? Great Videos Max! I am in the process of building an automated food dispenser for my guinea pigs. I often go on little trips for 1-2 days, so having a way to make sure my guineas are fed is crucial. Aside from having family check in, I would use the XIAO ESP32S3 camera to remotely monitor their pellets and to ensure the food dispenser is operating properly.

    Great work! I would love to have more Xiao ESP32-S3 Sense boards to build a sensor network with camera capabilities for monitoring plants. I have already made one using LoRa boards, which had several sensors connected. However, I believe that the small size and lower power consumption of the Xiao ESP32-S3 are more suitable for this type of project. Additionally, having a camera would allow me to analyze the data and also see how the plant is doing under those conditions. The idea is to help local producers by offering an affordable monitoring system.

    For the directional slider, I think it would be nice to give it a joystick behaviour, since its html and css, you could just make the function of adding the slider value to the endpoint to be called when the joystick is being hold. When it reads the "MouseUp" function, the slider goes back to 0 (maybe it needs to do it smoothly, idk if making it instantly go to 0 will work well). Like that it will feel more like a real controller, that is more intuitive. Could also do it for the forward and backwards slider, but I guess its not that needed.

    Hey, great project! With the Xiao esp camera, I would add video surveilance of my house to another project I'm currently working on, a circular TFT screen that sits on my desk, and shows general information, like a clock, what my spotify is doing, and upcoming events in my google calendar. It would be really cool to get it to show a live camera feed from the module.

With the XIAO ESP32S3 I would make a model rocket flight computer that will log accelerometer and barometer data in real time on the SD card so that it can be analysed later, record onboard video of the flights with the camera sticking out the rocket, as well as automatically deploying the parachute by detecting launchches/apogee. I wonder how much footage (video) you made, and what was left in the end! You managed to make a very nice video out of it, very relaxing to watch at. With the XIAO ESP32S3 my idea would be to build a motion detector. It would go outside my house, hidden. Reason for this is that from time to time we get visitors (surely cats, but I also suspect dogs) who do their heavy job in front of our door. I tried using an old phone and an app, but I only got some vague shots. Perhaps I.R. light is part of the solution, I am not sure if that cam module can use I.R. light, but I expect it can.

  • @MaxImagination

    @MaxImagination

    9 ай бұрын

    Most of the recorded footage was when the camera was running from the car being left turned on, not recording anything really while I was testing it and making adjustments (the camera automatically records a clip when movement is detected). Hey! Thanks for your comment, that would be super cool to see! It may take the project to another degree of complexity, but at least demonstrate the self-driving concept on a miniature scale car, really grabbing the attention of others. I don't promise I'll make that, though I will write down your idea. Since you presented a cool idea involving the camera, your entry to the giveaway has been added 👍 Cheers.

    @@MaxImagination thank you so much for responding! As you said, you can't guarantee a video about it, if it's in your best interest, you can make a prerequisite video on applied computer vision through openCV and breaking down these idea into parts. That would also be sky-rocketing your popularity since computer vision is a hot topic.Regardless of what decision you take, i am so glad that you appreciated my idea, i hope to enjoy your newer videos and interact with you in the forseable future, thank you for taking time to talk with me. See ya! wait..i literally forgot about the giveaway you talked in the video while commenting previously lmao, just so you know i don't really care if i win the giveaway, i want you to acknowlege my ideas and be given your opinions about it.

And secondly about the giveaway you told, I would make an realistic robotic bird and place the ESP32 S3 cam board on it for capturing the video by replacing the normal antenna with a high gain antenna for long range. This project would be used for military purposes or some tech enthusiasts which want to keep track of the bird's lifestyle and despite being small, it can be fitted in other robotic dummy animals too. To monitor their behavior, their life, etc. for educational purposes only.
