Transform scratch over DnB using CDJs

Музыка

A quick tutorial explaining how to perform three different transform scratch patterns over DnB.
In the video, I mention 1 click 2 click transform scratch. Please note this is not the name of the scratches. I've just used the term click to refer to starting in a closed position, then opening the cross fader then returning to a closed position.
This is also the first type of scratch I learnt, and it works really well over DnB. Hope you find it helpful. Much love. xx

Whats new here for me as a beginner is practicing the cross fader while the scratch is looped. A very good tip for anyone starting out. TY!

I have to say Lindsey SpinZee that I've watched countless videos on the Transformer Scratch but yours is the ONLY one I've discovered that mentions looping the "Ah Sound" and implementing the scratch in this fashion. Simply Superb! All this time I've been trying to catch the short "Ah Sound" and manipulate it. Great information! Thank you!

Its been 3 years so Im sure u figured it out by now but looping the Ahhh sample is only useful for learning the timing of crossfader clicks. When actually manipulating the platter with ur other hand do not loop the sample, u need to know where the sample is on the platter so u can scratch it properly and u need to use the whole sound.

Yes the whole d n b scene has gone to pot in my opinion everywhere in the uk. Abroad they seem to appreciate it more as it grew out of our rainy grey u.k. Yes mixing sure does beats watching the mainly t.v. crap !!. Keep it going hun, you defo wow'd me !!! 👍👍👍
