Hi Eric, my name is Gil I am from Brazil, last week a bought a e Drums and returned to play drums, I am so excited and your channel really help me, not only to learning to play drums, but, help me a lot to improve my skills in English. About the video, really great job Eric, thanks for this kind of ideas. I have a suggestion if you give me a chance. I think that could be really interesting see you applying this kind of ideas into a music, maybe, taken a dreamless track or any song and try to put inside de music, something like create drums melody lines listening the song and applying that techniques, I don't just come to my mind this idea watching your video, haha. Anyway, thank you so much for your content!

Hi Eric, this is an excellent lesson, thank you so much. I just practiced it and am trying to get faster now. One thing I don't understand: After one run there is a short pause at the end. But the bar is full of sixteenth notes. Where does the pause come from? I hope the question isn't too crazy, but I don't understand it. Thanks for your help. Cheers, Dirk

I'm so glad I purchased your module now bro...I really like your sound! Just curious..🤔 I've been practicing that linear singles pyramid that is hand to foot 4 then 3, 2, 1. On the video you get it up to 150bpm. I have practiced it extensively (hours) and seem to be stuck at right around 110bpm....Any suggestions?

Thank you for the feedback and for enrolling in the program Robert! Yes that exercise is quite the workout! Honestly the speed will come with time. I’ve been working on exercises like those for years, and it really takes cumulative hours of practice to get it up to 150! Keep practicing, and don’t give up, and remember to keep a long view in mind when looking at your progress. In some subjects or types of practice you see quick results, but when it comes to those types of exercises like the one you mentioned it takes longer to notice big speed improvements. It might not seem like your making much progress month to month, but don’t be in a rush, just be consistent and enjoy the journey to the goal. One day you’ll look back and realize you got there! ✌🏼👊🏼
