Hi Vicky Thank you for your video! I am a 34 year old male that got recently diagnosed with RRMS. I am using a cane temporarily until my PT feels I am ready to walk without my cane. The cane has been useful indeed whilst walking, especially after my first relapse and after my two Ocrevus infusions. Greetings from Mexico and Happy New Year!

I can relate. I was ghosted by someone I was dating and also friends, or people I thought were my friends. I will spare you what some of my family did and said. It has truly been interesting this last year. I was diagnosed in February 2023. It's been one heck of a learning lesson on all fronts. I always push myself too hard and too far to the point that my symptoms completely flare up-my form of denial I think 🤷‍♀️. I've gotten better at realizing my limits, but I still need to work at it. I am working at changing my diet, and I do good for a period of time then revert back to some of my old ways. Either way, I'm still holding positive I'll get better at changing and making better life choices as time goes on. I do my best to keep my eyes forward and not to look backwards. I do miss the old me and the things I use to be able do. I go to therapy every week trying to see if I can get any of it back, but time will tell. Try to stay strong and know you are not alone. I urge you to become part of a group like MS Teams. I met some wonderful people on there that are at all different places on their MS journeys.

Good on you for moving forward and trying to make changes! Making changes to our diets can be hard and we can have times where we revert back. Keep trying to make improvements.

Hello how are you? I enjoy your KZread so much that it lets me know that I'm not alone. With MS and diagnosed with lupus there is help or comfort. I use my cane or a sit-down walker to help me to get around places. I love to cook as well so my husband bought me a lot of gadgets I can use lol to help me. You have a blessed day.
